S.Had water damage on our carpet and tiles twice in one year! The people at chemdry were quick to assist us. I was very impressed by their friendliness and how informative they were of the process. Can’t recommend them enough!
D.The team at Chem-Dry Otago went out of their way to get my Father's flat cleaned after an accident while he was in hospital. The fact that they managed to get us same day service in a personal emergency so close to Christmas is astounding. They're the closest thing to actual Christmas Angels I've ever experienced!
P.After having a bit a disaster, when our elderly cat had an accident on our brand new mattress, Mark from Chem-Dry Otago did a great job of getting rid of the cat pee odour! He gave me great peace of mind that the chemicals were safe to use, considering our 4 month old baby sleeps in close proximity to the mattress. The service was quick, friendly and totally fuss free. Would definitely recommend. The service over the phone was also amazing, thanks guys!

B.Hi, I have recently had all the windows in my house replaced. I had two Venetian Blinds which looked like they should be thrown out. However a friend suggested I call Pure Services.
Well!! they came back looking like new blinds. A BIG thank you to the cleaner. They look great.
