Great service, very easy to get a hold of and got an appointment same week. Removed an orange Fanta stain and a berry stain from our carpets. Came twice to do the orange stain to make sure they didn't damage the carpets and looks great. Reasonable price for this too, definitely recommend!

We have hired the services of The Carpet Chemist 3 times. Once for spot cleaning and twice to do a full clean across 3 floors of our offices. In each case they have worked in with us to come outside of office hours, and all there is to show they have been there is fresh clean carpets. I have also hired them for my carpets at home. I have no hesitation in recommending The Carpet Chemist. Great job, great service.

After an unsatisfactory carpet clean from another company, Peter came up and cleaned our carpets. The results were impressive and we were very pleased with the result. We would highly recommend The Carpet Chemist if you are wanting a quality clean at a great price. Thank you for your help.

Absolutely amazed at the result! Our couch is only a few years old but we were looking a buying a new one as with a baby and 2 indoor rabbits climbing all over it, it was looking really disgusting! We had tried another brand of carpet and upholstery cleaner and it had done absolutely nothing if anything probably made it worse. So to see it come up looking brand new under an hour was incredible, cannot recommend these guys enough, thanks so much!

I have used Carpet Chemist several times and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. They worked their magic on the pet stains on my carpet, I was super happy with the results, I never thought I would be getting those stains out!! On a couple of occasions I have had cause to use them because of flooding and insurance claims,they were awesome and arrived at my house promptly and got the job done ensuring everything was dry and cleaned, Super happy with these guys would never go anywhere else.

A responsive and genuine service, -fully committed to doing a good and thorough job. My son's vehicle had been left in shady damp storage conditions and had developed a frightful mould bloom all over the seating. Peter has done a terrific job in cleaning and treating, -looking restored, and hopefully the mould will not return. I used The Carpet Chemist for cleaning a few stains on my carpet, Peter is so friendly and easy-approach. Excellent communication and cleaning work. All the stains are gone by the next day and I am so happy with the result. Have already recommend this company to my friends!

We have used The Carpet Chemist a few times for various carpet disasters. Between children and a pet sheep we have had our fair share of grubby carpets. Peter and Wendy always had success in getting our carpets back to brand new condition. We can not recommend them enough, punctual, friendly and well priced. Professional. Caring. Explained my options very well. Cleaning was perfect. I had an expensive mattress made of organic fibres that got mouldy as I used it without a base. Pete was upfront on the phone about all eventualities. He made sure that I was fully informed and was given the choice of whether to proceed after examining the mattress. Pete did an amazing job and it’s as good as new. He kindly and clearly explained all the steps I should take to avoid a repeat mould disaster. I highly recommend this service for their honesty, professionalism and cleaning skills.

Fantastic service at a fantastic price. Have used The Carpet Chemist for years over multiple properties and have thrown all sorts of stains and odours at them (including terrible pet smells like cat urine), and each time they have always managed to deliver outstanding results. They are quick, professional and will always go the extra mile. Definitely an A+ business.

I wouldn't use anyone else now for carpet cleaning...I highly recommend to anyone I get the chance to. Friendly, reliable service. I love the more eco friendly aspect of this business...and it totally works. I've had carpets cleaned with great stubborn stain removal results. I've also seen many other results of this service...truly excellent. I really value supporting a local small business and I would love to see more commercial businesses utilising more environmentally friendly options such as this. Pete and Wendy were very efficient and explained the process well. Their communication was fantastic and via text which I had requested. Most importantly the results they achieved were fantastic, especially with stains I had in light carpet. Very happy with the service provided.

Best carpet clean I’ve ever had. They managed to remove an old red stain that I thought would be there forever. I also had a fabric red chair that with 3 small kids had seen better days. They gave that a clean and it came up like brand new. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

Fantastic and very professional service. I used Carpet Chemist to clean the carpets of my entire house before putting it on the market for sale. The results were fantastic and my carpets (after a very few hard years of children and pets) looked as good as new. Will definitely seek their service again.

We have used The Carpet Chemist multiple times and every time he managed to revive an older carpet to a fresh clean carpet. We have 4 dogs & 2 Persian cats so we were very impressed. Peter was very helpful & knowledgable about the type of stains we were trying to remove and best of all, the carpets werent saturated. Can HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had such a great experience with Pete. We got them to clean a house we were buying before we moved in and it was so easy to organise and had no issues. Results were awesome, we felt the carpet looked lighter and was so much cleaner. Would recommend.

Pete and Wendy of Carpet Chemist have been looking after the Mornington Tavern for 8 years now and the Knowledge of their services and products has always impressed me. as you can imagine we have some fairly challenging projects for them to tackle in our Bar, Function room and Restaurant not to mention the odd flood. Pete and Wendy were absolutely wonderful! We accidentally flooded or downstairs carpet and they came in on the weekend to help us out! They were quick, honest, and incredibly thorough. The end result was amazing, no evidence of flooding at all! Thank you so much.

Peter and his wife came and cleaned my couch. They were running late so phoned and advised me, and done amazing job of cleaning my couch it is 9 years old and came up looking like new. Absolutely delighted and neat people to deal with highly recommend 👍👍👍

These guys are truely amazing! After I hosted a hens party in our brand new house, i was mortified to discover, 24 hours later, a bright purple grape juice stain on our light beige carpet. I panicked after multiple articles on google assured me it would never come out. The Carpet Chemist came around promptly and I watched as Pete and Wendy literally worked magic on the affected area. Pete’s knowledge and expertise was extremely impressive and I watched in amazement as he went through the various processes and removed the entire stain! I would not use anyone else but The Carpet Chemist, these guys are absolutely the best!!

These guys are absolutely amazing ! We were cleaning up before moving house and discovered our couch had rusted into the carpet. Along with nailpolish from a clumsy little girl, we thought we'd lose our bond money. The Carpet Chemist came along, and BAM! Completely solved our problem. Contacted Envirocare after seeing awesome before and after photos, and asked them to clean my mum and dads carpet which had it's fair share of my dogs running over it and my wee toddler 'depositing' stuff on there too!! They did an excellent job and lifted out stains which had been there for many years. I can't wait to get them in to do my place now too!

I run a hotel that can have all types of spills on the carpets due to guests. The guys at carpet chemist are always able to help. They are professional, friendly and very punctual. I will continue to use carpet chemist in the future and highly recommend them.

Carpet Chemist came around to our flat to check out some oil stains that were on the garage sleepouts carpet. We had the stains cleaned twice previously by two separate companies that both promised to remove the stain, yet were not successful. Carpet Chemist sucessfully removed all of the stains and got us our bond back! Also they were far cheaper then the other companies we had in!

This carpet cleaning process was quick and amazing. They managed to take stains out of carpet that had been in the floor for years. A+ service very friendly thanks again

Absolute life savers! My dog had diarrhea and they squeezed me in on the day to save me from my stinky house! Carpets look and feel great and cant even tell anything happened. Lovely friendly people, even paid attention to the dogs and learnt a thing or two. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with the finishing of my carpets they I have white carpet that had pet staining on them and most of the stains are now gone or faded to the point you cant see them a very happy customer would definitely reccomend these guys

I just wanted to let people know that these guys came to my house the other day and Peter has done a fantastic job on a lounge suite we had recently purchased off TM, that had really bad marks and stains. What really impressed me with Peter was I needed the suite cleaned urgently due to a different cleaning company making a poor attempt at cleaning it and wasn't clean enough. We had just sold our other suite and we would have had no-where to sit for our family and guests coming to stay. He came out that morning, after juggling his jobs around to suit me!! Can't speak highly enough of how professional he was when he seen the suite. It was a difficult cleaning job and he cleaned it to the standard we wanted. Thanks again :-)
