We use JAE Waikato for our pest control. The team is excellent. Jenna in the office is fantastic. Namu is so diligent with our bait stations, and truly friendly and professional. Our little boy loves his visits! Due to his services, we have no vermon problems despite living in the country!

Friendliest staff ever, we had Bruno for the most part who is exceptional and another staff member (namu/ngamu) possibly? Both so informative, showed us how things worked, talkative, friendly to the kids and their never ending questions they asked them they were happy to answer. Flooding recovery. JAE were awesome to deal with in an emergency flooding situation at our offices (8th floor), they were fast to arrive, worked hard and long to sort the initial problem out, and then attended the office daily while the drying was undertaken. I received comprehensive advice and daily updates. I have full confidence in recommending them.

We live in the country in a new build and due to the effectiveness of the spray we have had no flies or mosquitoes, making a huge difference to comfort over summer as well as saving our paint work. very pleased with the service - from the Customer Service staff who provided the quote and booked the job to the actual person who did the carpet cleaning. Person explained exactly what he's going to do and highlighted some health and safety reminder. I bought a beautiful second hand rug and took it to Jae’s Frankton not realising how difficult it was going to be to clean! It took a couple of weeks of repeated cleaning until hey-presto the rug was returned to me as good as new! Thank you all so much for working so incredibly hard on my rug. I’ve had the fringe removed and new edging stitched on! It looks amazing! Wish I could post a photo to show you all!

Our kids flooded the bathroom. We called JAE and they were out within an hour, on a Tuesday night at around 8.00 p.m. They got the de-humidifiers under the carpet, pulled out the old underlay, checked it daily until it was dry, replaced the old underlay and re-laid the carpet as it was before the flooding. JAE's immediate response saved us potentially a more serious loss. Their staff were excellent throughout. I cannot commend JAE highly enough.

Ruby is an absolute legend at JAE Carpet Cleaning. :) I took in a rug, not sure about its cleaning as several dry cleaners have declined to clean it, due to some problematic technical issues. I left the rug with Ruby and she consulted one of the JAE technicians, who advised that the rug may be damaged through the commercial cleaning process. Ruby then not only referred me to their partner carpet cleaning company for further advice, but organised to have the rug delivered to the partner company. The partner company also advised against cleaning the rug commercially as it may be damaged. Ruby promptly called me to inform me of the situation and arranged with one of the JAE technicians to have the rug delivered back to my home. Even though the rug could not be cleaned, I am so impressed by Ruby's friendly and professional customer service. It was an absolute joy dealing with her and I really appreciate it that she went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best advice. Thank you, Ruby. You're a star!
