I would 100% recommend my dress box to anyone who needs their wedding dress cleaned and/or minor repairs. The top package offered here was an equivalent cost to what I was quoted at a general dry cleaner, but my dress box was able to perform minor repairs and guarantee the safety of my dress. I had some significant dirt and mud stains in my dress as well as a minor rip. And when I got it back I was shocked at how well all the stains were lifted and how well the repair was done. The whole process was very easy and any questions I had were answered promptly. Very very happy. Thank you to the team and my dress box

I'm thrilled with how clean my dress is! We got married at a vineyard (think: lots of split drinks resulting in mud, mud and more mud) and the bottom of my lace dress was all shades of black and brown. I waited three or four weeks before sending my dress off as it all seemed so hard but not only has my dress come back clean, but the process was super easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MyDressbox.

Absolutely great experience! Was a bit nervous sending my wedding dress away in the mail! However I was regularly updated on the process, which made me feel at ease! My Dress Box is a place where you can get your wedding dress cleaned and put into a box to preserve for years. The process was super easy. I bought the service I needed, received the box with instructions, chucked my dress in and it came back in a pretty box all clean. My dress had a crazy amount of tulle and beads but it all came back clean and as beautiful as it was the day I wore it.

After inquiring at a few local dry cleaners, I found it annoying that they wanted to look at the dress and then quote me how much it was going to cost. Thank you for looking after my dress so beautifully, it has come in brand new condition - you would never know that it was full of dirt and sticks and goodness knows what else! Excellent communication and updates (they looked after my dress during the lockdown period) and I always knew my dress was in safe hands, and posted as soon as they could safely do so. My dress had a long train, many many layers, lots of lace and beading, and it wasn't an issue at all. 100% recommend this lovely company!

Simply fantastic, the service from my dress box was outstanding. My Sister in law and myself sent off our dresses and they came back within a fortnight beautifully boxed and sparkling clean. The team at my dress box provided me with outstanding service at all stages of the process and even did my veil and put it in with my dress at my request without any hesitation.
