A very clean roomy and comfortable motel. The Owner/Manager was very helpful when we woke to a flat battery in our vehicle.

Fantastic large 1 bedroom suite at a great price. Comfortable bed and good water pressure for shower. Had spa bath too but I didn't use. Wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. I really liked the area too, layed back and welcoming so we stayed an extra night. Can't recommend highly enough. thanks Karen am sure we'll be back, Nat and Gary

Nice, roomy motel room. Main road , but the only noise we heard was the 4am train coming through behind the property. Friendly host. Guest laundry available. Beds we're a bit too squishy for my liking. Smart TV, Netflix enabled. Friendly neighborhood cat was a bonus 🐈

Dave was an incredible host, answered questions without being asked. Room was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was spotless and well stocked with teas and coffee. The only issue we had was the noise from the road, it's a busy street.

Good location for easy access from either direction. Motel was super clean and spacious. There are self laundry facilities onsite. Location for access to activities is great including a short drive up the road (northbound) at night to a free glow worm dell which is well worth a visit. Staff are friendly and helpful at this motel.

Loved this place. Room was great. Karen even dropped us off at Milltown so we could cycle back down hill to Hokitika! Great stuff.

Nice clean & spacious motel room & comfortable bed. The most important thing in a motel room. Very nice hosts while we were here during a storm. We were going to stay another night, but the price went up, so we moved on.

Good rooms with all amenities. One large master bedroom with king size bed and a single. Large lounge Rom with couch plus another single bed. Full size kitchen stove microwave egg. Plus large ensuite with seperate toliet and shower. All large clean and nice for a great price

This is a great place to stay in Hokitika. Clean, tidy, cosy and close to the town centre. Recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful, beautiful clean rooms

Just average accomodation. Abit dated and the train will wake you in the early morning. I thought with the air b'n'b competition these days you would get more bang for your buck considering we paid $280 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Next time well book a batch and get a beach house for cheaper.

(Translated) We have felt very comfortable here. The equipment was neat. Although the motel is not brand new. But that will more than pay attention by the hosts. Dave gave us a couple of good tips. (Original) Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war ordentlich. Zwar ist das Motel nicht mehr ganz neu. Das wird aber mehr als wette acht durch die Gastgeber. Dave hat uns eine Reihe von guten Tipps gegeben.

(Translated) A street-like motel that appears to be in old American movies. I was one of the most worried hostels on this trip, but the boss, who also spoke English, which is considered to be a very bad dialect, was very kind and the facility was surprisingly good. (Original) 예전 미국 영화에나 나올 듯한 대로변 모텔. 이번 여행 중 가장 염려됐던 숙소 중 하나였는데,딱 들어도 굉장히 심한 사투리라 여겨지는 영어를 쓰시던 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 시설도 의외로 괜찮았다.

(Translated) A bit expensive, the breakfast is not very consistent. The room was ok but go have breakfast somewhere else (Original) Un peu cher, le petit déjeuner n'est pas très consistant. La chambre était correct mais allez petit-déjeuner ailleurs
