Great job cleaning our couch. Came up like new and elite managed to get all the staining and sticky black marks out. We have used Elite Carpet Cleaning for many years to clean out carpet in our home and rental in between tenants. Great communication and results. Always keeping us well informed about the nature of the stains if can be successfully removed and liaise with the property manager about picking up the key when organizing access to the property. Recommend to all and would only ever use elite.

Great to deal with over the phn and via email. I didn’t get to see the finished carpet as it was an end of tenancy clean and we were away. But the landlord was most impressed with the work done.

I called Elite Carpet Cleaning to get a carpet clean after we'd had some flood damage (as I had been told the damage had been dealt with). They were able to come out to me that same day. The first thing they did was test the moisture levels in the carpet, underlay and walls. They gave practical advice and solutions to our problem. Setting up the equipment was quick and they came back to check on things over the weekend before determining everything was dry, clean and healthy. A comprehensive report was written, which included photos. I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism, from the first phone call, to the end result. Thank you Elite Carpet Cleaning!

I have used Elite Carpet Cleaning for over 10 years. Their friendly customer service and finish quality is outstanding. I would highly recommended using them for their efficiency and professionalism. Their work ethic to bring out the best in cleaning stains and refreshing my dark carpets is amazing. They work diligently on my light upholstery of couches, occasional chairs and window seat squabs.

Elite did a comprehensive carpet clean which left our place looking and smelling like new again. They were really professional and informative throughout the entire process, even documenting their service so we knew what had been covered. can't fault the service from the initial call with Rachel, she had technician Hayden at my house within 1.5 hours. He not only removed the stain but we got our carpet cleaned in half the house, great service, he even came back on Saturday

Elite Carpet Cleaning were able to fit me in right before Christmas. The stains on the carpet were so bad I was doubtful they would get them out however Hayden did. All of the team at Elite are so friendly, easy to deal with and great prices! I will not use anyone else for Carpet cleaning in future :-)

My wife had a nasty spill on a bedroom carpet and a chair nearby. It happened late on a Saturday morning so she rang the good folk at Elite and Shaun happened to be just leaving a job close by so arrived at our place quick smart. He did a fantastic carpet clean and a tentative job on the chair. Daniel followed up with full clean on the chair a few days later. All in all great job and just marvelous service. Grateful thanks!

Nick came and pulled up our old carpet and replaced the dining area with laminate flooring. This was a big job as the concrete had to be leveled and as we already had this flooring in the kitchen it needed to match and look seemless. Nick did a wonderful job, he was also warm and friendly and I felt completely comfortable having him complete the job. Thank you Nick 10/10 I would recommend and use you again

Elite Carpet Cleaning has come to my rescue several times for carpet cleaning emergencies. They were always very helpful, friendly and efficient.

Great communication all the way. Thanks for rescuing our cream carpets! They were wet, stained and smelly from a flood. Now they are back to looking, smelling and feeling even better than before the flood. And to top it off Shaun managed to get 3 big dark orange stains out of our carpets that looked like they were set for life. Overall, extremely professional and a fantastic job. Previous tenants left a red stain on the carpet which would not come out. This was cut out and replaced with some spare carpet I had. It worked! They did such a good job that you can't tell where the repair is. Great job! Turned up when they said they would and only charged $150. Highly recommended. Friendly team - will definitely use them again.

great job cleaning the upholstery in my moms car, she was getting it ready for sale and it needed a good clean. was rather quick and got straight into it, seemed like a good guy and really friendly, funny and . would recommend to anyone who needs any carpets of upholstery cleaned, good service and good chat.

I don’t recommend them if you have an older wool carpet. I booked because of the glowing reviews however the marks on my carpet are still there. I was told it is not possible to remove stains completely from wool carpets (as opposed to new synthetic ones). Disappointed. Their service was efficient.

Fantastic Service!! Highly professional team came to clean my 8 seater linen couch and four beds including our Californian king. We were told that linen would be quite hard to manage being such a delicate fabric. The technicians did a fabulous job and explained the process to me and gave advice on how to look after the fabric going forward. I look forward to engaging their services again especially now we have small children who I’m sure will make more of a mess!!

Great company to deal with rang and was prompt and done an amazing job!

Elite carpet went above and beyond to help me when we had a leak in the wall from the shower. One phone call to them and they were at our house within half an hour! In the mean time they gave us advise on what to do in terms of mopping up all the water! It went from the shower into the hall, bedroom, and through the wardrobe into our kitchen. On arrival they sorted out the water and lifted the carpet and set up the blowers to dry out the underlay. They returned th collect the driers at agreed times and relayed our carpet. They made what was a stressful situation totally manageable. Thank you for your top notch service - we highly recommend your company.
