Great company to deal with! We originally were booked in weeks ago with another carpet company but was cancelled on the day of our exit inspection due to covid reasons. Rang about 10 places and was lucky enough to be able to have jason squeeze me into his schedule last minute. Carpets wernt rushed and quality was phenomenal. Super happy with the quality and we even had some stubborn stains that came out! Which is always an added bonus! Can’t thank you enough Jason!- Daniël and katelyn

Easy to get in contact with and with a few details you can easily get an estimate over the phone. Experience with Jason was excellent. Didn't take long to set up and get the job done. The carpet is now looking and smelling fresh and clean without the over powering smell of chemical you get from other places. Thanks for the superb job, I will be using Bay Carpet Cleaning again.
