Rapid Dry were amazing when my couch clean didn't turn out as expected first time round due to heavy soiling and a process called ''wicking'. They organised to come back and re-clean the couch free of charge using a different method which turned out fantastic. Very happy with the service and end result. Highly recommend!!

We are delighted with the carpet clean and stain removal that Rapid Dry Limited has done for us. The previous occupants of our home had the carpets cleaned and, unfortunately, this left them feeling tacky and unpleasant to walk on. I phoned Rapid Dry Limited and Jeannie was very helpful. Although no promises were made, Heath was able to get rid the awful tacky feeling as well as remove several prominent stains. The work he did was outstanding. The carpets feel and look amazing. I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but Rapid Dry Limited deserves a massive shout out for the fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Rapid Dry came to my rescue when I had to move from my rental at short notice (owner needed to take possession). Heath is pleasant, friendly, easy to deal with and ticks all the boxes for excellent customer service. He fitted me in at short notice, and did a fantastic job which has paid off. We would highly recommend Rapid Dry. They have on a couple of occasions now sorted out stains from our carpet (red wine "whoops", children, and pet stains). Their customer service is great. They are quick to attend and we have been impressed with how Heath cares about things like corners and walls etc. Our carpet comes up better than we ever thought it would.
