A.Stayed at a city view family studio.
Liked a spa bath & a comfy king bed.
Our room was up-stairs & had a nice city view.
May need a bit of interior refurbishment to get 5 stars, however the room was maintained clean enough.
The location is super handy to the beach, town & restaurants.
C.Location is great and close to town however obviously this means lots of noise. I was excited to stay somewhere clean and nice considering we paid more than we usually would to stay somewhere , however I was disappointed even though I had a good discount I still didn't think it was worth the money. The bathroom floor had hairs in it when we 1st entered there was black mold behind the mirror and in the shower along the seals there was no fan in the bathroom or for the hot tub so the place gets very gets very steamy with condensation and hence the walls were falling apart with patch jobs everywhere. The furniture was dirty and dated the table and chairs were rusty despite it being an indoor table the fabric chairs were stained and the bed was uncomfortable and saggy. Every time you use the bathroom tap the water would make a horrible loud gurgling noise as it went down the pipes after that. It overall did not give me a very clean feel there was water on the floor in the kitchen when we entered. Not really much point paying extra for a beach front view as you don't get that view it's actually quite grotty on the outside. The stairs leading up were metal so every time somebody walked it was very loud. It wasn't the worst but I certainly would not stay here again for that price.

D.We found a deal for $99 for one of the 1-bed suites at the rear (upper level). No sea view, but probably quieter because of that, and very private - no one walking past your front window here! Very spacious, clean and modern - very good value. Basic kitchen facilities. Large spa bath for 2 was a bit decadent in terms of water use, but very pleasant. Good size smart TV in bedroom. Only issue was the patchy WiFi, but they tell me they've ordered routers for every room, which should make a big difference. Would stay here again.

D.Arrived after 2 booking in time. Note on door "Be back in 5 minutes. Changed room down a lvl at our request. Opened door to distinct curry smell which lingered for the 2 nights. Hand written note on hair dryer "Out of order". They provided another on request. When turned shower on it sounded like pneumatic drill for 20 seconds or so. Toilet seat was very loose and not fixed on request. Would not stay there again. 5/10
M.Was absolutely blown away with our room! Very beautiful, spacious, clean & had everything you need. All rooms have a spa & king size bed. We had two TV's, one in the room & one in the lounge. Plenty of towels, which may seem little, but after where we stayed the night before, this was a huge improvement! Has a jug, microwave, toaster, electric dryer, two elements to cook on, all the utensils & more. We stayed in the city facing room for $135 & for $20 extra, you can have an ocean facing room which is great! Really pleased with our stay, didn't want to leave! The latest you can check in is 9pm which is Handy if you are travelling.

R.It was OK but only that! The sea view balcony was just about unusable because the furniture was heavily corroded with significant sharp edges, the floor was constantly wet due to upstairs AC unit draining onto it. The fan in the room was in pretty awful condition. Blanket provided was not clean. Certainly not a 4 star experience!

S.Amazing stay . The rooms were beautiful with spa inside each room . We stayed in the lake view rooms which had amazing views of pacific ocean and Napier's marine parade in the day as well as in the night . Lots of local eateries near the motel . Very clean and good customer service.
R.Pleasant modern units. We stayed in a family unit and got a great rate. Needed togs for the in-room spa so luckily The Warehouse was just across the road. Breakfast was reasonable. Owner was friendly but not too familiar with the city as he was new to Hawkes Bay. The motel served its purpose well and I would stay there again.

Hotel is in need of routine maintenance as outside is starting to look a little shabby. And the stair way needs some sound deadening as it booms when ever someone walks up and down.

B.Great views and location. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Our family room had two separate and distinct rooms for adults and kids. The kitchenette was a little small, if you are planning on a lengthy stay and cooking yourself. We re-heated some pre-cooked meals.
Rooms were clean and car parking easy. Bathrooms are ok - what you would expect from a motel.
The internet is very poor, so you will need to rely on phone data.
There is no smoking in rooms, and maybe not the decks, but this means that smokers sit on the walkways smoking and drinking, just outside your door and windows (if you are unlucky enough to be next to a smoker). There is nothing that can be done, as this is within the motel rules.
W.Clean spacious room at the back away from sea front & main traffic flow so nice and quiet. Fantastic shower and comfortable bed.

D.Classy, but one of the rooms didn't have a window to outside, only a vent to the hallway, which I found to be a little claustrophobic in the summer, very warm, with no air conditioning, and noisey guests running around all night. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floors are breathtaking, being on the beachfront, and the town and shopping is within walking distance. If you're visiting make sure you check out the museum to learn about the history of Napier, and the earthquake that forces the town to rebuild in an art-deco fashion.
p.A lovely spot in beautiful Napier. A shame there is no room service, due to level 1. Perhaps there should be an adjustment in price for this. We found our unit to be quite noisy, due to the steps outside.

r.Great place, very friendly and rooms lovely and clean. My only complaint is there wasnt enough hot water to fill the tub. Was looking forward to a nice hot bath after a long drive.

G.Fantastic motel on the Beach front in Napier an ideal location as it is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The studio rooms are large, have a separate bedroom and lounge plus a small kitchenette area. In the bed room there is a large jacuzzi bath which takes a little time to fill but is well worth it. Extra towels are supplied for the jacuzzi. The TV has one Movie Channel and about 10 others, enough when on holiday. The rooms are expertly cleaned daily and the staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Napier.

Receptionist Friendliness = Poor 2/5 ( Pays to smile at your customers and welcome them) when asked for a bottle of milk i was given a rude stare and finally managed to get a bottle of milk in my room for tea.

P.The room was pleasant and clean, however false advertising led us to believe we would have city view which it most definitely was not. The cost of the room was therefore exorbitant to say the least. Very disappointing.
