The room we had was spacious and comfortable enough for my wife and ten year old son and I. Very close to all the action Napier Esplanade and town has to offer.

R.The manager and staff were lovely. But the buildings are aging, water pressure in the shower was poor, there was only instant coffee (no plunger option) and the disconnect with the restaurant (and associated administration charges for using it) made this an average 3 star motel room at 4 star hotel prices.

D.We were welcomed by the receptionist that had a nice smile. The room was very clean and tidy it had a spa bath which I made the most of. The only problem I had was that the bed was too soft for me and I missed my own pillow. In the morning I went to have a shower and found that we didn't have any ho water so I had a luke warm shower other than that it was a nice break away from home.
J.I did not stay here. But enjoyed a very nice meal in the Drift restaurant. A number of cuisines and a large menu selection. Probably latest opening on Monday evening at least.

We booked with Quality Choice Hotel firstly because the location was better suited for our family function and secondly your Receptionist Cleo was awesome to deal with her customer service is a big part as to why I booked with you
A.A nice well managed hotel with courteous staff, a great location on the foreshore and close to the town centre with its good range of restaurants.
A.Easier access to unit. We had a lady that had mobility issues, and we had to go up and down stairs. Or a big walk around the level to get to the ground.
A.Loved staying here, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was in a perfect location for our boys to spend their days across the road at the skatepark and still close enough for us to walk to the main shopping street. Overall the beds were very comfortable and had a kitchenette and fridge which was very useful.
A.Motel is on Marine Parade, so aim to book a sea view room. Room was quiet and had everything we needed. Shower over bath quite high to climb in, could be awkward for someone with mobility issues. Close to restaurants and not too far to walk to city centre. Little bit overpriced, but comfortable stay.

A.The Quality Inn provided a pleasant and comfortable place to stay on a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the well appointed kitchenette. As it was a hot evening I enjoyed that there was a back door and balcony at the back that could be opened.

A.We stayed in the Napier Quality Inn for 5 nights during December 2020. Apart from some being disturbed by some noisy guests in the room next door one night, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and serviced daily and was more than adequate for two people.

C.A lovely little spot of luxury for a night's stay. Clear instructions if you arrive out of hours which was very helpful. The bathtub was huge which is what I specifically wanted and the water was really hot which was great. Milk in the fridge and a good selection of tea was provided. The bed was massive and had clean white sheets with a variety of pillows. The heating was really good too, i stayed on a cold night and it was very toasty with the heating. A.This is a good mid range hotel and we would consider staying again however we think the management could have done better in accomodating an issue that arose regarding our room. We were not happy with the way we were accomodated however it would be unfair not to recommend as the hotel offers good accomodation in most circumstances.

T.I stayed for two nights and found it to be very comfortable and relaxing. I had a spa bath and balcony with sea view. The public pool was great. Big enough and deep enough with a little kids section. Water was at just the right temperature. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the cleaners were friendly, obliging and did a great job.
