This place is pretty great and chill, it's easy to get your washing done here and it be hassle free, very convenient and affordable. Definitely not a bad place if you need to get Washing done, a great place indeed.

Very nice, clear instructions, just grab a pamphlet for the pricing options if you missed it under the EPTPOS token machine. Up to 27kg washers and 34kg driers. FREE WIFI!

Clean and Tidy. Machines are awesome and 3 different sizes. You can purchase soap powder and tokens using your credit card. Check online to see time running on machines. Washed and dryed a duvet inner. Did a great job.

Was very busy, all OK once I worked out instructions! Great idea to go online to check if load stats. However I wouldnt leave my washinf "alone". Some loads were sitting there 10-15minutes before people came back to get them, along time when yre waiting to use a drier...

Maybe the best laundromat we used on our long travel up to now in NZ. Very good modern machines, clothes got very clean. Dryer did the job in one cycle for 4$, even jeans and fishing jacket. Very clean room, spacious, big tables for folding the clothes. And.... very nice to have: free quick internet! Would give 6 stars if possible! Roland, Switzerland

Was awesome to use the large machines. Would had been helpful if the machines returned money back if you put in wrong machine, so make your selection carefully. They cleaned well. Would go back.

Nice big brand new machines epic clean tidy. Free Wifi. No key to get charged. Accepts. Coins. Paywave. eftpos. Has vending machines. Good parking. Plenty of room not crammed. Even has soap tv, so you can leave and log in to your machine to see how long to go. No pet blankets allowed. (We like that) A+

Travelling the country and this is the BEST laundromat yet - super clean, great choice of kg sizes, very reasonable pricing and most important for me there's a 3 pin plug socket to recharge my phone! Previously in other towns had to use Liquidlaundromat as only one available - had to buy key, preload $ and worst still couldn't add extra $'s to dryers but had to do full load price if still damp. No refund on $'s left on key. So..... DELIGHTED to have found you guys. Love LOVE Soap Laundromat and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks heaps.

Great quality and variety of machines and easy to use. I love being able to check the website to see how many minutes i have left on my cycle.

Have now become my go to place to dry my washing. The one on Kennedy Road is better because it has a vending machine for snacks, machines are easy to use.

Very clean and user friendly, free WiFi , snacks machine, TV . One of the more expensive mats in Napier and I feel the machines aren't as efficient As the one I normally go to in taradale

Love this place, very clean, very tidy and well maintained, while doingy washing I can either sit there and wait with the free Wi-Fi they have installed, or you can either leave your washing there and go do a couply other things you might need to do because this awesome laundry has excellent security and the place is being monitored at all times.. I would so recommend this awesome hygienically clean laundry to anyone.. THUMBS UP!!! 👍👍👍
