What a friendly, knowledgeable duo Tom and Lorna are. They were prompt and got the job done in no time at all. Even the old oil stain came out and the carpet looks brighter than I’ve ever seen it before! I would highly recommend Intensive Carpet Clean.

Great job done by Intensive Carpet Clean. Deck stain accidentally got on our wool carpet. I knew just who to get in to remove it. Tom knew exactly what to do and he did a great job getting the stain out. The carpet looks as good as new. I'm a very happy customer.

Tom serviced our home in March 2015, before we rented it out to one young lovely couple.... We have just inspected their home a couple of days ago and the carpet is surprisingly stay looking so clean and fluffy! Considering the fact that our house is around 15 years old, with carpet never been replaced, Tom's effort in cleaning it does really made a big statement!
