Way back in the olden days before the lock down set in I cleverly managed to flood my laundry, spare toilet and studio . Rang AMI next day who sent Jae around with their amazing machinery and four days later I was dry! It's so good when you put your trust in a company and you are rewarded with a fantastic outcome. Jae were wonderful at responding quickly when we had a client walk tar all through our carpet in our work showroom. They arranged for their technician to arrive when we closed at 5pm that same day. He was fast and professional and managed to get the sticky tar marks all removed.....a very difficult job.

Job looked great carpet was very clean and I was very happy. With the standard of the carpet So why 3 stars? When I arranged the cleaning we were quoted $120 which is why I used jae’s, I understand that it’s a quote and it can cost slightly more. Then on the day the technician came and took measurements, why they measure from inside the closets? I don’t know but I left it alone. I’m then told it will be $145 which I’m not totally happy about as I was on a budget. but as I said I understand it was a quote so I coughed up. So I hand over $150 in cash. To be told he didn’t have change surly people pay in cash sometimes? So the technician walks about sorting out papers. Then come back to me and told me we would just call it $150 as he didn’t have change and there was a water stain as these are old carpets, which we really shouldn’t bother cleaning but our landlord insisted and said we could lose some of our deposit if there not. But surly when he checked the carpets and told me $145 he can’t just chuck on a extra $5 cause he didn’t have change! Anyway great service other than this

Amazing service again! We managed to get the furniture out of the room ourselves - except for one piece. Aaron very kindly helped my husband move a piece of heavy furniture out of the room - which was really appreciated!! Would certainly recommend JAE carpet cleaning!!

Jae's involvement was arranged by the insurance company. They were very professional and helpful but the drying process with its big machines is noisy and intrusive. However, it definitely got the clean up well started.

Over the years, I have had JAE Nelson clean my home carpets, check for Bora, and spray for spiders and flies. I have found them to be consistently friendly, helpful, prompt and professional. The last time I had them at my home was a couple of months ago to spray for spiders and flies. Richard, one of their technicians, came onsite before providing a quote and clearly went over with me the work they would carry out, what I needed to do to prepare and put my mind at ease since I was worried about how the spraying might affect my pets. He was very friendly and informative. They were very accommodating in working in around me and booked the work in while I was away and I felt confident leaving my key with them to let themselves into my home while I was away so they could carry out the work. I have been extremely pleased with the result and effectiveness of both the fly and spider treatments and would highly recommend anyone thinking of having this done to contact JAE. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A++.

Jae's came and did some pest control for an ant problem in a commercial kitchen we had just taken the lease on. Excellent communication, really helpful and speedy considering the time of year and how busy they were. we also used them in a personal capacity for carpet cleaning, and will be using them again for ants in a vehicle next week. We would highly recommend Jae's for pest control and carpet cleaning, they are incredibly professional, all their staff (from office to technicians) are helpful and friendly and the job is the best you can get. We recently purchased a lounge suite via TradeMe which was unfortunately covered in marks. We phoned JAE and their technician Aaron arrived the next day! He managed to remove every single stain and it now looks brand new with no streaks or marks. We were also recommended Fiberguard which Aaron also applied and it's just as well as since then red wine has been spilt. It came off so easily by dabbing it lightly and now not a trace can be seen. At the start of summer Richard from JAE also sprayed our house for spiders and flies which worked a treat. No more annoying bugs buzzing around where they are not wanted. We have been very happy with the professional, competent and trustworthy team at JAE and would highly recommend any of the above treatments we have received.

JAE are our preferred carpet cleaners at Viridian Glass. The end of year clean is a large job, but the guys from JAE performed with skill and consideration. Our carpets and vinyl, along with the timber stairs were looking amazing when we came back to work.
