N.I had a problem with their dry cleaning service as I received my coat smelling very bad. I talked to the manager and was told that there was nothing she could do, blaming the solvent for the smell. The owner reached out, gave me a full refund, and offered to fix the problem. I haven't gotten my coat back yet but I appreciate the owner's gesture of addressing their client's concern and ensuring the delivery of quality service.
