J.I actually really liked the hampr service. I was a washr. The only problem that I had was that I could not seem to click on an offer fast enough. Lol. The service is fairly straight forward and the customers are pretty kind. They can provide their own detergents and the app tells you how they prefer to have their clothing washed. With a 24 hour turnaround period it is a pretty sinply job. I would do multiple orders daily when I could.

S.Our family is constantly getting everything dirty... especially clothes. We just gave hampr a try, and I thought it was pretty awesome! Subscribe for $39 and leave these containers loaded on front porch. Hampr picks them up and brings them back folded next day... with a hand-written thank you note (my love language) Pretty sweet service!
S.I live in Phoenix, Arizona and am disabled. My 2021 apartment doesn't have an in unit washer dryer like my 2020 one did. I tried to do the laundromat thing but because I had to sit there so my clothes don't get stolen, I was losing a good portion of a day doing laundry. Laundry. And because I had to haul it up and down stairs I would end up in paying and tired. I happened to find this service while looking for a drop off and pickup service. This has literally been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Signing up was simple, getting the four pop open hampers was simple, placing an order is simple, and the only thing that I need to remember to do is put the hamper outside my door before the washer comes to pick it up. I will say that experiences are going to vary based on who does your laundry. I got really lucky and the person that did my first load did a super job. Because the app lets you favorite a washer, that person will then get first choice when you put in another order to be the one to take on the job. Job. If you get somebody that's not so great, you may have problems and I can't speak to Hamprs resolution process because I literally in the year I have used them never had a problem. You have the option of sending your own laundry, soap and other products with your hamper or the company for no extra charge provides environmentally friendly, no dyes or scents products for you. The website and the app are fairly comprehensive about the process and the products that they use, so if you are someone that struggles with getting your laundry done for any reason at all, I do recommend the service with the caveat, your mileage may vary depending on if you get someone who is awesome or um... Not.

E.It’s a great service when it works. Unfortunately half of the time my orders just linger in a cue unclaimed becoming an inconvenience.
