I am extremely happy with the services provided by Michelle at The Laundry Lady. Embarrassingly, I had let my laundry build up to an insurmountable level and I didn't have the time or the headspace to tackle it. In the middle of the night I had to navigate my way over my "floordrobe" and realised I needed some help getting back on top of things. I booked in for a laundry service and Michelle was available to come and pick up my laundry the very next morning. Michelle was prompt, professional and personable, with a genuinely friendly smile and a great down to earth personality. I was very impressed with everything - the washing, folding, the hanging of my clothes all done with care. I did not hesitate to rebook in for a regular laundry service. Michelle was flexible and accommodating to my needs as a shift worker as well which can be hard to find at times. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs a bit of a hand getting back on top of things, especially after the rain we've been having has rendered the clothesline fairly useless. Treating yourself shouldn't be limited to a nice dinner somewhere or an expensive night out. Buy yourself a good book and a big hat and enjoy a day in the park or at the beach knowing that Michelle is taking care of your laundry for the week.

I absolutely love this service!!! 😍 It takes the pressure off big time as getting through all the washing a family of five creates. My family spend a lot of time in the water either at the beach or in the pool, so I always have a mountain of towels to get through. With The Laundry Lady making sure everyone get fresh sheets every week is a breeze!! We bag everything up, leave it at the door then our wonderful Laundry Ladies sweep in and collect the bags. They do their magic and the next day or two depending on what I need, I have freshly washed, dried and folded washing back at my door and all that needs to happen is to pop it back in the linen cupboard. The Laundry Lady is an essential service at my house now!! ☺️

Due to house renovations we hadn't been able to hang our bedding on the clothesline to dry for months so had a large backlog of sheets, a doona, doona covers and pillow cases stockpiled. I was SO happy to discover The Laundry Lady. I was able to book online for pick up and Marina was on time, friendly and professional. Our bedding was returned to us the following day beautifully washed, dried and folded. I couldn't be happier with the service we received and the price was also very reasonable. Thank you The Laundry Lady!!!

Anyone who can't benefit by using this service..do it yourself! The contractor is excellent, courteous, and the cost is petty cash. If you don't like it first time talk to your contact that sorts everything out. Fantastic service!!!!
