Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy space. Automatic doors at front entrance are helpful when carrying large loads of washing in without wanting to drop everything to open the door

We had our washing machine broke down on the weekend and team at Tender Care were very quick to help us with the massive amount of washing that needed to be done in one day. Marnee is an absolute superstar and it has been a pleasure dealing with her. If we need to use laundry services again, Tender Care would definitely be the one we will go to.

Friendly staff to assist and only too kind to mind our wash so we did not miss husband arriving to finish line of Tare Wira trail run.was ok to use my own laundry soap too and choose gentle cycles.Tendercare Rotarua ROCKS!!!

Great service. Walked in and pop the washing in the machine. The employee came across & helped us out with some laundry powder and it did it's thing. Even put and extra spin on for us no charge. Cheers Tendercare!
