In these troubled and divisive time’s JAE were simply superb. From initial phone contact to schedule cost and time ( cost was actually lower than phone estimate) To prompt arrival and a job that excelled every expectation!! From our initial phone call with Yvonne and Sheree who were both very friendly, to our carpets being cleaned with Shaun, we found the team very organised and efficient. Nothing was a hassel. Shaun arrived on time and got the job done. I also had my chairs and lounge suite cleaned ...Vince sorting out an issue with the linen fabric stains. I'd recommend Jae as the go to for upholstery and carpet cleaning.

We used Jae for Ant control the price was reasonable and they were prompt in replying to enquiries and kept in touch regarding when they would be able to complete the job as it needed to be a fine day and came back for a check in about 10days later to see how the treatment had worked and if I had any issues. With JAE Taupo being an ongoing service provider to a retirement village I can count on their staff to be professional, reliable and courteous to residents, staff and guests. The office staff are always cheerful and willing to accommodate reuests from me and my residents..

AMI sent JAE after a split water pipe caused a flood in a hallway and bedroom. Shaun arrived that afternoon and began the flood restoration process... removing excess water, lifting carpet, removing underlay, and bringing in the fans and dehumidifier to dry the carpet and chipboard floor. The next evening NZ went into Lockdown 4 and Shaun continued his daily visits for 5 days until the areas were dry. Two weeks later, he came yesterday and restored the flooring back to as good as new - thanks to a carpet clean. Throughout, Shaun has been most professional in his work and attention to the new protocols forced on us by covid. He communicated what was happening at each step and I have been very impressed by how well the restoration has gone - thanks to the equipment and expertise of Shaun and JAE. I would commend their services to anyone seeking a professional job done in a friendly and timely manner. EFP Gardner

I can’t rate Jae’s Taupo highly enough!!! From my initial phone call following our laundry/bathroom flood, the team at Jae’s have been AMAZING!!! Yvonne was just so friendly and helpful right from the get go, and super empathetic how gutted I was that a flood had ruined our brand new bathroom; I felt immediately that I was in good hands. From there the communication was AMAZING with Jae’s letting me know every step of the way what was happening and what the plan was. A serviceman was sent to our home within a couple of hours of my call and the drying process started immediately. Once all details were lodged with the insurance company, Jae’s took it from there - liaising with the loss assessor and the builder and taking all the stress out of it for me! The blowers did their job, the floor dried out, and Jae’s organised (thanks Renee and especially Glen!) for the vinyl to be glued back down as well as the carpet put back in place and even steam cleaned! These guys are true professionals and bloody LEGENDS!!! Thank you so much everyone who was involved in our job - I’ll be telling EVERYONE just how awesome you all are!!!

Imagine being at home in Christchurch on the first Sunday of Level 4 Codiv Lockdown when your Taupo holiday home neighbours call to tell you that water is pouring out of your internal access garage. Having organised an emergency plumber to shut off the water supply, we sit and imagine the potential damage of ankle deep water through 2 bathrooms, hallway and three bedrooms! Not for long! Jaes Taupo to the rescue via our insurance assessor. They did a magnificent job in not only getting the water out of the building but also working through the lengthy drying process. The fact that we were over 800km away didn’t even seem to matter because the communication that Jaes put in place was exemplary. Not only were they the first plank in rescuing our house they took all sorts of measures to protect the furniture and bedding. Jaes Taupo provided total peace of mind right through first response and at the tail end of the repair process including refitting the carpets. We greatly appreciated all their work from afar, and even more so now we are back able to access and use our house. Many thanks Jaes Taupo, but we do hope not to have to use those services again, although we wouldn’t hesitate calling you if we needed you! Peter & Robyn M

My partner accidentally partially flooded our taupo apartment and Vince from JAE flood restoration and carpet cleaning came to the rescue. Vince had all the knowledge and equipment to fix the issues and within 2 days of the commercial dehumidifier and air circulators going with the carpet lifted there was no more moisture or cause for concern. Awesome receptionist who kept us in the loop throughout the process and awesome follow up call to ensure we were happy with the outcome of the work done. Called them in it deal with a particularly nasty stain and some spot cleaning. Jason was super pleasant and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
