Awesome service from Daphne, lovely chick and super helpful! Was the only Laundromat in town open that was manned with staff who could give me a physical receipt for business use so went here. Very happy with the reasonable pricing for the service of 2x Super kingsize duvet inners. Turns out they were very busy so Daphne offered to leave my laundry and she would finish it all for me to collect I was still at work and couldn't wait. Def come back when needed. Cheers :)

Outstanding facilities and service. We’ve done washing in many laundromats, especially in Europe, and this is one of the best. Service from the attendant, Daphne, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Of most important was the cleanliness of this laundromat; it was even clean behind the machines. Daphne was cleaning between managing her washing and drying duties and her warm and polite greeting and assistance of customers who obviously respond well to her professionalism.

Amazing and super friendly service. It was my first time using this service as I am from out of town and I was so impressed with how welcomed I felt and the best thing was that I didn't have to wait around for my washing as the staff were there taking care of it. Amazing. Will definitely use again when back in Taupo.

Good service but expensive washing powder. You're better off buying a box of powder from the place next door (a whole box is cheaper than a single scoop from the laundromat).

Detergents are also available for purchase, so you only have to set the time and return to the dryer. Very satisfied :) (Original) 근처 에어비앤비에 묵는중 가까워서 들렀는데 직원분들도 너무 친절하셨고 이용시 카드결제도 가능합니다. 직원분이 동전 넣어주시고 따로 결제해주시더라고요. 세제도 구매가능하고 건조기까지 시간만 정하고 알아서 돌려주셔서 한시간 호수 드라이브하고 편하게 찾으러만 가면 됐습니다. 매우 만족스러웠어요:)
