L.Being based in Auckland and feeling more than a little helpless and majorly stressed, your very kind words and efficiency at attending to my holiday home on the day the flood was discovered was a great comfort. I'm not sure if words can fully express how grateful I am to you for your quick action especially given the time of year.
J.Thank you JAE cleaning for removing the horrible stain on our carpet after a full mug of coffee was spilt. It looked terrible until Blake arrived and magically steam cleaned the mark away leaving not a trace behind of the awful brown mark. We are grateful.
B.Thanks Dale for your very professional service drying out our Bach after burst pipe emptied out our 5000 gal water tank through our Bach. 1 week later we are back in for the Easter break. Awesome, can't thank you enough.
j.They responded to our flood quickly and sorted everything out for us. Very pleasant and courteous to work with. Checked that we could manage with the noise level overnight, which I thought was really caring.
(Only difficulty was our cat was frightened by the noise and stayed outside until the machines had gone😁) Explained what they were doing and reassured us that there was no damage or damp left in the walls. The carpet came up really well after the final cleaning.
J.JAE Carpet Cleaning Coromandel responded very promptly to a flood situation, they bought enough equipment to dry the area out which took 4 days. The team came daily to check on the situation and check the walls etc to ensure moisture levels were dropping. Once the carpet was dry and the moisture levels were within normal levels they then returned to relay the carpet. All the team were polite and courteous, excellent communication keep me updated on progress and they kept to the times frames as arranged

N.I called Jae coromandel after noticing what I’ll only describe as “evidence” of rats in our shops staff room, I was then met with one of the friendly staff members after only 15 minutes of making the call. Quick, friendly and efficient are just a few words I’d use to describe this team. And my previous employment by Jae does not affect my opinion
J.Excellent service, we would happily use them again.
N.We had a burst pipe in the ceiling of the ground floor, we were out for a few hours, on our return we had a major flood and about 50mm of water all over the ground floor. I called our insurance and they called JAE to attend the situation. JAE responded immediately by sending Dale and flood response equipment the next day. Within hours Dale had vacuumed the water away and set up fans and humidifiers to dry the whole ground floor area.
After seven days of JAE attending to the situation, all the ground floor is dry.
Once the builders have been in to repair door jams and skirting etc, JAE will come and make a final cleaning process.
We are very grateful to the JAE Carpet Cleaning Coromandel team, and would recommend them to anyone who requires a similar service. Thank you Belinda for organising and keeping me informed throughout the process.

There after event service has been great with multiple visits and monitoring of the drying process with as least disruption as possible. Very impressed.
a.We had our house sprayed to prevent the Summer flies & to stop the Bush cockroaches making an occasional foray into our space. The whole process from first phone call to Jae to job done was great. Very responsive to phone calls and emails. Thank you.

C.I rang during the Christmas period, they promised to get back to me and did. Polite, efficient and friendly telephone manner. Reminder phone call day before appointment then another on the day due to rain asking whether i still wanted to go ahead with having my carpets cleaned. They came, did the job and left in the same friendly and efficient manner. Account received same day. very impressed Jae's.
I use Jae's for pest control too and am now on top of that, no more rats in the ceiling and bait traps around the property that i can maintain myself with rat bait purchased from Jae's.

T.Sunday morning at the bach. Paint spill over carpet and couch. Utter mess!!! Via insurance company, JAE's were arranged to provide stain removal. Prompt call out in bad weather with lengthy drive to get there. Stain removal completely gone. Net result - carpet and couch both rescued. Thankyou very much JAE's and also the insurance company for arranging the initial call out as I would have struggled getting that done, which would probably have meant a full carpet and couch replacement.
