Great job cleaning our couch. Came up like new and elite managed to get all the staining and sticky black marks out. We have used Elite Carpet Cleaning for many years to clean out carpet in our home and rental in between tenants. Great communication and results. Always keeping us well informed about the nature of the stains if can be successfully removed and liaise with the property manager about picking up the key when organizing access to the property. Recommend to all and would only ever use elite.

I called Elite Carpet Cleaning to get a carpet clean after we'd had some flood damage (as I had been told the damage had been dealt with). They were able to come out to me that same day. The first thing they did was test the moisture levels in the carpet, underlay and walls. They gave practical advice and solutions to our problem. Setting up the equipment was quick and they came back to check on things over the weekend before determining everything was dry, clean and healthy. A comprehensive report was written, which included photos. I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism, from the first phone call, to the end result. Thank you Elite Carpet Cleaning!
