I.I've been using The Wash House for over a year for my lovely linens and am very satisfied with their excellent service. It took a while to find a place that I could trust. They are very organised for customer service - quick response and flexibility. They pick up, wash and deliver my linens just wonderfully. I trust them for a great quality of laundry service and customer service. Such lovely people as well. Thank you so much, Helen and the team!
S.I literally couldn't have asked for better service. I called this morning to get a quote on dry cleaning my duvet. I got a text from one of the staff saying she was passing through the suburb where I live in a few minutes. She picked up my duvet and said I'll get it back tomorrow. This evening she texted and I said I was home and she dropped off the duvet! It was clean, dry and nice again. For only $40, with free pickup & delivery I am super impressed with that service. Thank you so much, I certainly will be back!
L.The Wash House collects and drops off my linen bag with clean & folded linen within 24 hours at the front door of my Clinic Room. Helen is great to deal with and is always punctual with her responses. Would absolutely recommend The Wash House.

Every time when we run big tournament, she always get urgent calls from us and have never said no to us. Every time when we left a message, she has always called back or picked up the bag unexpected quick, even on the Sunday. All the dirty towels and bibs are packed nicely and it always feels like we receive them by mum. Great communication and A+++++++. I am highly recommended the wash house (Kilbirnie).
