What a friendly, knowledgeable duo Tom and Lorna are. They were prompt and got the job done in no time at all. Even the old oil stain came out and the carpet looks brighter than I’ve ever seen it before! I would highly recommend Intensive Carpet Clean.

We are thankful for the excellent service Tom and Lorna have provided here at the Richmond Baptist Church – both in carpet cleaning and Lino restoring! We recently had a broken waterpipe flood the living room overnight, causing a fair amount of damage. Becaue Tom is flood and insurance certified, he was able to project manage the whole situation for us, including dealing with the insurance company. This was such an incredible help, as we had a family member who had just been discharged from hospital after surgery, and it really took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Tom was able to dry the initial flood-damaged area, and will be back to give the carpets a final clean once the other repair work is done. Tom and Lorna are kind, helpful and cheerful people, who do a professional job to an incredibly high standard, and our family would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you so much.

Have been using Intensive Carpet Cleaners for years and were once again blown away with the results in our latest clean. First time having the carpets at our new house done and they look brand new, could not believe how good they turned out. So quick to respond to queries - just awesome!

We had our carpets and two lounge suites cleaned. They did an amazing job. Have used other companies in the past but have never had such a great job and such a reasonable cost. One of the lounge suites was light grey and we thought we might have to get rid of it due to some bad stains from a such cat. But it looks brand new now! Thanks

We used Intensive Carpet Clean in our rental property. I have a little dog who was being extremely naughty and using the carpet as her toilet. I had cleaned up after her constantly but just could not get the smell or stains out completely. Tom did a fantastic job and got every single mark and stain off the carpet. I would highly recommend Tom. Fantastic, friendly and very professional. Will definitely be using their services again when needed.

This is the second time I have used this company to clean my carpets when moving out of a rental property and as expected the carpets now look amazing. I have two young boys and two dogs so the carpets had a few stains and had been subjected to a hard few years but now you would never even know. I found this husband and wife team to be extremely professional, they arrive when they said they would and the cost was very reasonable for the quality of work that was done. We wish to say a huge Thank you to Tom for getting straight onto our cream wool carpet after spilling plunger coffee on approximately 1 Sq metre of carpet. Tom arrived when he said he would and came back the following day at no extra cost. Our carpet looks perfect now.WHEW. Intensive Carpet Clean left our cream carpet looking like new. Lorna made short work of removing an enormous coffee stain, black, greasy oil stains left by the sofa mechanisms plus heaps of other little (and not so little!) marks. We also had the carpet stain-proofed. Really, really pleased with the end result and we will be calling Lorna back in 12 months to work her magic once again. Great service from Intensive Carpet Clean. Tom does a great job and is great at getting out stains. We got some deck stain on our wool carpet and Tom knew exactly how to fix it. Very happy customer.

Tom did 2 properties for my husband and i and he was amazing,great results and price! He even came back the next day to check on how some stains had lifted and to respray them which was great! He also put us in contact with the names of some great cleaners so we are extremely happy with the service!!! Highly recommend them!

We have used Intensive Carpet clean several times and have been thoroughly impressed with their service. They are always quick to respond to messages, and if for any reason they aren’t able to get to us for a couple of days they provide advice on how to deal with the problem so that it doesn’t get any worse. Their animal product for neutralising animal pee works incredibly well, and has saved us a lot of issues. We can fully trust them in our home when we are not there which you don’t get with many companies. Highly recommended.

Twice I have used Intensive Carpet Clean Nelson for a full home carpet clean and to remove cat wee in the car. Tom serviced our home in March 2015, before we rented it out to one young lovely couple.... We have just inspected their home a couple of days ago and the carpet is surprisingly stay looking so clean and fluffy! Considering the fact that our house is around 15 years old, with carpet never been replaced, Tom's effort in cleaning it does really made a big statement! We have our carpets cleaned by the Team Gower not long ago, as having an asthmatic son, we need our carpets free of dusts to prevent from asthma attacks. I am very impressed with the quality of their work, they thoroughly cleaned our carpets and giving us some expert advice for carpet care/clean when you have asthmatic in the family. Great company. With 3 children under 6 and a dog the carpets weren't looking too flash but after Tom worked his magic they looked great. Would definitely go with them again if I needed and would highly recommend them to others. Affordable too !

Fabulous service, and the stench of cat piss magically disappeared from the two bedrooms with relatively new carpet... Tom found the numerous areas the cat had used as toilet with his UV lamp, and the smell and the remains of a red stain magically disappeared from our dark carpet. Thank you so much :).
