R.I had booked a 3 bedroom house carpet cleaning with another company almost 2 months ago for 6 December. Thirty minutes before they were to arrive, they called to say their only van broke down. since I was relocating on 10 December. I frantically started looking for another company . I called so many places. Spoke to places that quoted 4 times what I budgeted for . And kept being told I should have booked agaves ago. It wasn’t my fault that the company I booked months ago had a van break down. I was referred to Clean Green by the owner of the house. JP and Wendy were amazing. JP told me he was fully booked to the end of the month from 8am to 8pm BUT he listened to my predicament and kindly still offered to do the carpets on Sunday 12th December@ 8:30am . He didn’t have to help me but he did. He don’t make feel like it was my fault the company I booked with cancelled. He sent me an easy link to compete the confirmation and kept in touch with me via text and email , up to and including the day of the carpet cleaning. I had relocated out of Auckland on 10 December but the owner of the house met with JP at the house . I explained in email I wouldn’t be there but the owner would meet them and I will be paying the bill. No problem for them. Easy. When he finished he sent me the bill. And we also briefly chatted . The owner was very impressed with his service and quality of work. I would highly recommend this company . They are really affordable. They are really wonderful to deal with. Their customer service is unusual because customer service isn’t that great in NZ . So it was refreshing to find someone who actually cared about my situation. Other carpet cleaning companies are dead to me. This service was so superior that as far as I’m concerned , Clean Green is the only carpet cleaning company that exists in NZ .
