Helen was very helpful in providing information and product for spot cleaning problem areas on our carpet, until a professional cleaner was free to come in and remove the staining entirely. We have used them for years now and never been let down. Thank you again Jae's!! : )

I would really like to thank the team at Jae Services in Whangarei. My father had just got out of hospital and flooded his kitchen he was so distraught about the whole ordeal & having to pay for it himself. Our hot water burst we had 3 guys turn up in what was a very stressful time these guys were amazing and extremely good at what they do. A bit of process waiting on insurance company etc but these guys were great through the whole process, not to mention some of the ladies in the office they were amazing at getting things done. I asked JAE Carpet services to eliminate a wasp nest for me. They scheduled me in for a Wednesday but never showed up. I called and asked them where he was and they said there was a mix up with the bookings and applogised. So they booked me in for the following day. The chap came on time this time and dealt with the problem. Then I received a call from the office telling me there was no charge for the job. Well done to JAE for making this right and giving me an excellent customer experience despite the mix up. I have also used this company for carpet cleaning and have had an excellent experience each time.

We needed our carpets and cushions cleaned after making the long passage from Panama, across the South Pacific, and on to NZ. That alone, should tell you, the items were filthy, stained, and salt water soaked. I knew the stains were bad (even a red wine, and oil stain), but maybe they could at least smell better? JAE arranged for them to be collected from our boat, hauled away, cleaned AND dried, and then returned to our vessel in a mere 4 days. Leslie delivered them in a downpour, and made every effort to transport them to our boat as dry as possible. We are delighted. The carpets and cushions look brand new! Thank you for the spectacular service, and for going the extra mile to have them returned to us in short order. I would highly recommend your services to anyone!

Not only didi Brian resolve the issue we called JAE for, he was really pleasant to deal with and explained what was going on. Better still, when their day's workload caused a slight delay in his planned arrival, Helen called me, *way beforehand*, to let me know! unheard of... when was the last time you had a service provider keep you in the loop?
