H.This tibetan temple is a hidden gem in Avondale. A good place to go to for mediation. There is a turning wheel room for prayers. Meditation held on Monday at 7.30 pm. Parking on site. Nuns are helpful and friendly. Temple needs volunteers urgently.
If you are keen followers of buddism visit this temple.
M.Our family had been cooking here for years, since our three kids were young. We have witnessed DCI had provided guidance to those who were lost or need a helping hand. We learn a lot from the Teachets here, participated in the prayers, attended Buddhist celebrations and gatherings. We even bring our pets to spin the giant prayer wheel at the stupa.
Great place to meet people who are gentle souls.
Definitely a place to relax your mind and reduce the stress of daily life. If you seek Wisdom, knowledge and friendship; this is the place for you! Highly recommend to all in Auckland, New Zealand.
