I was in Waikato Hospital for 15 days in the M8 Neuro ward. Had surgery and saying thanks is not enough. I was cared for by Doctors, Surgeons from the Plastics Team and the Neuro Team. The nurses are brilliant, Elsie our meal lady, and Helen the cleaner, the guys and gals that took me to Theatre, and everyone that works in M8 I'm so thankful to you all, heck Tracey and Paul from the Infectious Disease clinic you guys played a big part in my antibiotics. Hey I can't forget Karen and Cheryl that ward can't tick without you guys. I'm on my way to recovery because I was looked after by all in the M8 ward. To all that read this don't be scared to have head surgery, you will be in the care of brilliant people who care.
