Reviews of Eastbourne Neighbourhood Hub
M. H.EL is a small library located at the end of Rimu Street, opposite the walkway leading to Rona Bay Wharf. Just outside of the Library are some good-sized, public seats which are sun-traps on fine days and a lovely, arty, modern sculpture of a blue penguin in grey stone.
J. A.A great little library with friendly staff who know their stuff. Also doubles usefully as a polling place on election day.
