Wonderfully clean, modern, and peaceful library with welcoming staff members. Lots of comfy chairs with plugs and free wifi with a great collection of books — like Erin H. said; the perfect way to spend an afternoon waiting for the ferry.

Picton library is a very good place to go to sit in the sun while you browse on one of the thousands of great books. I never fail to find some whenever I visit the library. They are a very friendly helpful group of ladies who go out of their way to make sure we have an enjoyable experiance.

Worth a visit. Friendly staff. Light airy building. Quality books and service centre in same space. Parking outside. Machine to use but first hour free. Enjoyed my selection of books very much. Wheel chair access.

Stopped for a visit with my 2 children while travelling. Lovely new library with seating in the children’s area. Love the community puzzle. Seemed to have a good selection of kids’ books. Washrooms clean.

Perfect way to spend the afternoon, waiting for the ferry

This is a wonderful addition in Picton. It is a superb library and has wonderful staff who are only too willing to help. There is free Wi-Fi and a great selection of magazines as well.
