A. “. K.Staff are great, really friendly. Good selection of books for a small library. Bring headphones if you need to focus, it's often noisy in there with all the kids. I forgot my headphones one day and it was tough going, kids running around the aisles shouting, had to leave.
T. Y. Q.Called to reset my library app login details and it took only one minute to settle the issue. Super efficient!
F. A.This place does not get enough credit for what they do. The staff we met were super kind! Helped us out. It costs to use the computer yes, but this is a tourist town so I don't think it's that weird. They have loads of other facilities to use and some good books, and the library card seems very useful for other things as well, like magazines etc. Will be back!
M.Pretty decent WiFi speeds around the afternoon. Unfortunately it is limited to 30 minutes per device and the seating area was pretty crowded...
S.Decent WiFi but louder than my toddler teething. Should move the seating area to the back and kids area to the front.
J.Very friendly and helpful and they have a Visitors system which allows out of towners to borrow.
The DVD selection is also excellent.
J. R.Enjoyed some time at the library reading a book or two. I did not expect an internet cafe like some of these other reviewers. If it's free wifi you want go into Queenstown central core and you can have wifi for free all day long and a nice cup of tea or coffee. Maybe it's time that people just put down the device for a bit and give your frontal lobe a break eh. Pick up a book or magazine to read...guess what, it's free. I didn't even need a membership. Thanks for reading to the bottom of this review. You obviously have a good attention span and intact frontal lobe.

Good facilities like you can get books from all available libraries.
There some charges for a few facilities but they are OK.
There should be Charges if you want any book for more than 1 week.
