CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE SIGNING for it. They purposely don't tell you this and you're technically not handed it until you're signing for it. Customer Service over the phone won't help you. Defeats the purpose of shopping online ahead of time.

Great product range both in store and online. Good promotions, specials and exclusive offers. Excellent website for browsing products as well as for online ordering. Easy collection of online orders. Very cool robotic arm locates your order and delivers for quick collection. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Easy to purchase online. And they have a great deal at the moment too. Walked off the plane, went to the collection desk and picked up my goods. Simple as that. When you get off a flight, its so much easier to just pick up your shopping than drag your hand luggage etc and look for things. (The staff are very helpful if you do the latter)

Love the frequent discount codes these guys send you! Makes it actually worthwhile buying duty free. Also had to change my order to pick up on arrival instead of when I depart as ordered. Absolutely no problem for these guys. Such good service!

Buying on line prior to arrival makes the immigration process so much more smoother with less anxiety watching non duty free buying passengers walk past you while you are in panic mode trying to choose what you need. The website is easy to navigate and instant confirmation or your order is given.

Inbound pick up service when arriving in NZ, is fast and efficient thanks to robot, just what you need after a long haul flight and you don't need to stand it yet another queue. Top marks

I have used Aelia Duty Free for over 20 years and they are awesome and I have recommended them to at least 50 people. Great range, the best prices and so convenient. Website was helpful and easy to use. Only frustrating bit was I wanted a product to take with me and it was only when I got to the end of my purchase that I was advised product not available after 24hrs prior to check in. I was flying at 8pm and did my order the night before at 11.30pm. Being makeup I wanted to take this with me however I ordered the product anyway and will collect when I return. Otherwise excellent.
