G.Really nice wine and craft beer store that has friendly, helpful staff that can try to give you suggestions if you ask for it. They've got a beer growler filling station, but also a wide range of unique cans from across NZ. As for wine, this would be the place to go to find a really specific one you might be after.
A.Wow! Never been here before. Why I bother with little bottle stores when this has everything idk. Craft beers on tap to put into growlers, a big walk in fridge with craft beers on special, and a massive selection of wines. I didn't delve into the spirits selection so cant comment on that.
A.Popped in before Christmas Day, there were plenty of helpful staff on board when the doors opened at 9 am, the stocks had been depleted but there was still lots of other white and red wines available. Plenty of parking outside and easy street access. Nice touch with the grapevines growing beside the road. Plenty of mobility access, both for car parking and access inside the store.
G.I ordered wine not really expecting delivery prior to XMAS - I received a personal delivery. Great touch , great service.
C.They have a good selection of wines and the staff are really helpful. I always come away with a good wine or beer from them.
J.Great selection of wines and spirits and they usually run good specials. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable - we were offered gin tastings as we couldn't decide on what we wanted and ended up buying 3 different gins we liked! Get onto their mailing list for their deals.
J.I went for one of their beer and food tasting events and it was fantastic. Great range of both food and drink. Well organized, friendly staff and overall a great experience.

It made what could have been a very daunting process fun and enjoyable, we were super happy with the wines that we ended up purchasing. The team at Fine Wine was great with the purchasing and delivery process and made the whole thing work like clockwork.
The service was above and beyond, the wines were delicious and the pricing was very competitive. 10/10 Would work with them again.
C.Ordered 4 bottles of spirits on a wednesday monring, got an email friday saying one was out of stock so i told them what to replace it with. Then got an email the following Monday saying they would send it soon and to expect it on Wednesday evening. 7 days for delivery accross Auckland is pretty poor service, especially for a company with 'delivery' it its name. They cant blame couriers, ive ordered from multiple places since that order and all have arrived before theirs.
Follow up comment: They have been in touch and have done a great job putting it right. example of a company that ackowledges a mistake and trys to fix it rather then ignoring it. Well done F-W-D

Organising a wedding in the middle of a pandemic was no mean feat - but Fine Wine went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible for us, even arranging a wine tasting by zoom when we were not able to go in in person due to lock-down. W.I couldn't be happier. A great store, very friendly staff and good prices. Sometimes a six pack of beer is slightly more then the supermarket but well worth it for the selection choice. Only gripe is the two large ‘we are open’ signs out the front are never removed when they are closed.
L.Went here today to buy a bottle of wine as a gift for a friend. There was a great selection and at all different price points. I asked the guy who was behind the counter doing the wine tastings for advice and he was excellent. He really listened to what I wanted, gave great suggestions and was good at explaining the differences between the wines. He helped me find the perfect bottle for the gift and I’m really happy. The guy who served me behind the counter was lovely too.
D.Ou of stock of what we had gone there to buy, which was disappointing. Also, initially, we felt somewhat ignored by the staff - they didn't seem particularly interested. Once we bought some wines, they seemed a bit more attentive and were okay ish.
R.I really appreciate the customer service that Fine Wine Delivery have shown. During Covid-19 lockdown I mistakenly sent my purchase to the right street/wrong city due to the address self populating and me not checking it properly. Although this was my fault Fine Wine Delivery gave me my purchase back. Also, had the XX Glenfiddich from them recently - nice drop: smooth and non peaty. Great selection of craft beers too.
D.Very knowledgeable and helpful, tastings of all ones choices, prices middle of the road....plenty of stock, not only NZ wines but from both Hemispheres as well. Have been there several times over the last few years and standards always the same...excellent.

G.Purchased a case of a cancelled export order on special (untasted and unknown) that was very disappointing. I made a complaint about the quality which frankly was worth the amount paid (cheap) but nevertheless I thought I would be getting something of good quality. They immediately offered a full refund (for all 12 bottles) plus a bottle of another brand. A refund had not been my intention but they were most insistent and I took the refund as a credit to be used for a future purchase.
For this I thank them and wish to make public their wonderful customer service and that they stand by their pledge to quality and to customer satisfaction. Thank you Fine Wine Delivery Co.

No Madeira. The sherry collection here has some rarities for Auckland. All are of exceptional quality.
But I couldn't find West Australian Margaret River wines. Let alone Brunello del Montalcino.
