K.Loved the service as this great little store. If anyone is lucky enough to encounter James at the counter, please do ask any questions you may have. James has a hilarious outlook on things and may even been semi-telepathic.
I.Great customer service, James is a good fun a bit crazy! :-) good selection of beer, usually got my Pilsner Urquell there
N.Warm and welcoming staff members, who are happy to have a chat while assisting you to make a fine selection. Excellent choices of wines and craft beers.
P.My local and had most things I need. They need a better loyalty program... always have to rattle off your phone number for what seems like little reward.
H.Excellent range of local and imported wines. Decent beer & cider selection. Slightly better than average range of spirits (e.g. they stock Amaro Montenegro but not Chartreuse).

Boutique beer tasting is a great way to get return customers as well.
L.Few nice beers on tap (which they let you taste), and the staff are pleasant to deal with. Only issue is opening hours, but that may be a brand wide thing
