The staff here have the most amazing knowledge when it comes to Whiskey, and I've certainly shopped around in the past.
Literally the BEST customer service I have seen in years! Made my day.
I'll never go to different liquor store for my whiskey.
B.I made a purchase from this store during lockdown (Alert Level 4) and I could not fault their customer service. The person I spoke to was friendly, answered my queries (checking stock) and delivered the following day. The cherry on top for me was that they then made a courtesy call to let me know the delivery was complete, just to make sure I grabbed it from the door safely (contactless). Customer service like this is exemplary, especially in times like this. Thank you!
L.They got my click & collect order wrong, Hubby collected so I didn’t realise that until he got home. I called the store and an awesome girl was here within 10 minutes to swap the order 👍😁
