H.Ordered online for delivery during lockdown, nothing on website about a minimum order or delivery fee. Was phoned and told I either had to spend twice as much or pay the extra fee.
This wouldn't have been an issue upfront but was left in a situation where my only options were giving my payment details over the phone or cancel my order.
Still 3/5 because the refund was handled professionally.
