Amazing service in lock down. Delivered my grandmothers drinks to her door. Ordered that day and got it delivered that night. 10/10 :) nice email to advise of delivery cost more than happy to pay for that again.

Considering the world we see ourselves living in, the service was still friendly and safe. I ordered on line by the time I got to the door my order was confirmed and my order collected for me. Great selection to purchase.

This Order was placed 2/09/2021. Arrived 3/09/2021. Ordered during Level 4 Lockdown in Auckland to Clendon Park. Thought I would try it. First time ordering online from a Liquor store. ~$12 Delivery Fee is expensive for next day shipping. ~Odd sales system where it is not actually setup for Delivery. So your cart does not show shipping price. (They will send you an email). Yeah its not bad but can be improved on.

Selection of wines and spirits ,plus pricing Superb .Best Pricing. But The Duty Manager ,salesman needs more customer service ,,better and nicer way of talking and servicing their loyal customers .He could have nicely offered to sell me carry bag and pack it nicely the 3 x 1L bottles for me to carry in a public transport..(offered to put in a box ) What a great service and specials . Recommend .them .Keep up good service .Thanks .

It had what I wanted but I had to go to the Liquorland website on my phone to show the sales assistant a picture of what I wanted because when I used words, the sales assistant was sure they did not stock the product. Bring back shop assistants - you know? People who know the products they sell.

Well stocked. Nice clean store. Well located beside lots of food /take away outlets . Parking was slightly hard to get considering the time but found within few minutes .
