J.Kia ora koutou, the store manager Abi is a very professional and caring man. He went completely out of his way for me while I was in isolation with great communication and service, kia pai koe ki tenei tohu aroha aku!
S.Limited range of sweet treats, was abit dissapointed but I still aquired the necessary commodities to alter my mental state sufficiently.

Hours: run by the Trusts so hours are not as open as say somewhere out of West Auckland. 4
Value: prices are reasonable - something to cater for all budgets. 5
In summary, might not be as big but rivals some of the big players for range and value. Better than the supermarkets. 5

M.Good selection of wines from all over. They may not have big box discounts, but it is Titirangi after all and it is a small store not a supermarket. I thought the knowledge of wine displayed by Valentina (Italian & worked in the industry there) quite outstanding. About the best I have ever had in a bottleshop. So if you have any doubts or need advice in the wine area, ask her if she is in - I assure you she will be very helpful rather than trying to sell you something you may not want.
