We always really enjoy our wines purchased from Point Wines, they write such great summaries of them in their newsletter! I also purchased a whiskey recently as a Fathers day gift and my husband loved it. Amazing delivery service during lockdown too.

Above and beyond, we all know the pains of lockdown have certain remedies. Good food, good company, a Netflix subscription and fine wine. Was super happy they exceeded expectations and delivered this to me even after hours on a Friday. Great service!

I have been really delighted with the amazing help that Victory at Point wines has given me over the last year. She has been so reliable in her choices of all sorts of wines I now trust her to package up quaffing n more sophisticated wines and have them delivered all the way over the bridge to my home. It’s so good to know that what I have been recommended is going to tick the box. She is reliable on sourcing the right wine for the right price and I have no hesitation in recommending this establishment as first class.

I've stopped in a few times and the service in store has always been top notch, saw through a community post that they were doing contactless delivery. Received order literally 3-4 hours after I placed it. Awesome service guys!

I never thought I would leave a 5 star review for an unsuccessful transaction but having been treated so well by the staff, I feel like this kind of customer service needs to be recognised. A couple of days ago, I tried to order a bottle of Champagne for a friend and was told they unfortunately didn't have any in stock. Victory from Point Wines offered me a variety of alternative choices which would have gone over the value of the item I ordered, or an immediate refund or offered to give me a bottle as soon as she got it later in the month at the cheapest price she could once they arrived. She must have emailed me back 5 or 6 times at least and was friendly, thoughtful and didn't just try to ditch me as a customer the moment it looked like a deal might not happen. Based on this interaction alone, I will be definitely considering Point Wines again in future for such excellent customer service. And I must say, they have pretty good pricing for a small store too!

Brilliant selection of NZ and imported wines. Great service with knowledge of what is on offer. Even couldn't resist the temptation to get a couple of craft beers, what a selection!

I have been dealing with the team at Point Wines for a number of years now I have found everyone out standing at Point Wines, the person that stands out in always is Victory always very very helpful, kind, nothing is ever a problem if Point Wine don't have what what you are looking for Victory will find it Victory is always heaping out in the Point Bay Area witch is great to see What a great assist she is for such a great Wine store Thanks again David Henderson

These guys know their wines, staff are great & ready to share that knowledge or just a chat , there’s always something new to tempt the tastebuds , good prices, what more could you ask for.

Excellent winery.. Their wines were a big hit at Ponsonby wine walk. Tried some during the tasting event. Needs to market the wines and bring to main stream

Great range, they have everything there! I've just moved here and have been a regular there ever since. Shout out to the young lady who always serves me there, very friendly and helpful, always greeting customers with a warm smile.

I usually buy my wine from this shop and am pretty happy. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a good selection of wines that are not easily found anywhere else (not the usual supermarket range)

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A great spot to pick up a special bottle/gift with more care/attention than the chain stores that we have in the area.
