Called in to have a look and discovered there was a 'Sale' on. Managed to snag a doz interesting bottles at very good prices. Wide selection of wines from all over the world. Well worth a visit.

This is without doubt the best wine store in Auckland. Large selection focused on European wines, at excellent prices. They ship nationwide.

Had a good experience buying from this store. Bought a bottle of liqueur online and happened to mention offhandedly while picking it up that it was for a gift. The manager then started apologising for a pretty trivial cosmetic defect that I hadn't even noticed and took the bottle out back to try and correct it. When he wasn't able to fix the defect, he just straight up gave me a free complementary extra bottle! Mind you, this was a $40 bottle I was buying, so an extra bottle is nothing to sneeze at! I also want to stress, it was a really minor issue. I would have been happy enough with the apology but even after saying no a couple of times the fellow just insisted I take the extra bottle on the house to make up for it and then he also gave me some wrapping/ribbons to make the bottles look extra snazzy. Hats off to this store for going the extra mile, the customer service is really next level.
