I'm just blown away by the quality of products and service that WineFriend offer. Their pricing is very reasonable and I find that I drink far more thoughtfully with WineFriend. I had a bottle I didn't like that they suspected was faulty and offered to send me a free replacement. Unfortunately it sold out before they could, so they upgraded a bottle in my next box instead, which I'm very excited to try. :) I find wine, especially old world wine, can be really impenetrable, so it's really great to have a service like this where newbies can get involved without judgement.

We look forward to getting our box each time, love the wines we get and enjoy the tasting notes. Love that the team always give us a bubbles in each box as that’s our preference but slightly different to a normal box mixture. It’s always wines we like but would never find or think to pick ourselves and always great quality. Super easy, highly recommend!

The wine is fantastic - always new stuff I have never seen in the store... but the real reason I am leaving this review is because their customer service is amazing. The team are so proactive, Laura especially. I have messed my shipping details twice and they have chased the couriers for me - even made sure the wine made it to me on my birthday. 10/10

Love it! I’ve learnt so much and tried lots of things I wouldn’t normally. The more wines you try and rate, the more information they have and the better choices they make for you. Definitely recommend, especially for those who are a bit bored with their old faithfuls from the supermarket.

I subscribed to WineFriend after it was recommended to me by a family friend and I haven't looked back. My favourite day each month is when my case arrives on my doorstep and I just love reading the tasting notes that Yvonne puts with each wine, they're always very witty and informative and make me excited to try each bottle. It's super flexible which is amazing- if I need to pause my subscription or change to bi or tri monthly, I can just login to my account click a couple buttons and it's done with the changes applied instantly. I happily recommend WineFriend to anyone who enjoys a cheeky glass of wine or three and who enjoys discovering new favourites

These guys got me out of my wine rut a few years ago, and now I love having someone else do the hard yards finding great wines. Each bottle comes with a well written necktag, which is a nice touch. Great being able to buy more of what you love too. Definitely recommend!

WineFriend is AWESOME. Their customer service is fantastic, and it’s so much fun to see what I’m going to get in my delivery each month. The ability to rate the wines (and their quick responses to anything that I didn’t like), means that my wine is always curated just right for me. And the periodic upgrades have been a delight.

I’ve been receiving my wine friend for 2 years now and in this time I have received a wide variety of wine . I have been able to change my preferences as the seasons change , e.g more red wine in winter which has been great. I have been very impressed with the follow up if I don’t happen to enjoy a wine . I know that they really care about what a like and are eager to please. I would thoroughly recommend this to all wine lovers .

WineFriend has been the best thing I've signed up for! I love how they pick wines based on my previous reviews and cater to my tastes. I'm always delighted to see what I'll get each month (I'm on month 3), and the options are pretty freaking good. I get to try so many different styles of wine and from vineyards all over the world. I just got my order and absolutely can't wait to get in and try some of them.

I can’t rate WineFriend highly enough. Not only do they deliver great wines right to your door, you can choose the price range, the style of wine, and the frequency of delivery. Because you then review the wines you are sent they get to know your taste better over time so they really know the wine you will like. Great scheme! No-hassles subscription system providing an interesting and great-value selection of wines on the regular with minimal upsell. Very painless and most enjoyable wine subscription service I have ever used.

We LOVE this subscription. Absolutely love it. We have never had a wine we didn't like, it is very good value for money and the variety makes it so much fun every month when your box arrives. YUM! Fantastic customer service makes it all the better.

Recently signed up with Winefriend . Due to an error by me the case was delivered to the wrong address. It was promptly sorted out and communication was amazing. Really good customer service. Excellent.

I could not recommend wine friend enough! If I could give them more stars I would. I am consistently blown away by the customer service that we continue to receive. They are truely amazing! The wine we get is always delicious and they are very active to find out why we may have not liked a bottle (this is rare and usually seems to be down to a bad batch)

I happened to come across a wine lesson (I think on Facebook) with Yvonne Lorkin and Jay Jay Feeney. There was some great information given and I quickly hopped to the website to make my first order - after going through my taste test. The wines that arrived are amazing. I love the taste notes given for each bottle and the descriptions are perfectly matched to the wine. I've been back and ordered more and more and cant see myself buying wine at the supermarket ever again. Highly recommend - and your taste buds will thank you.

I purchased a WineFriend package for my sister for Christmas, and it was one of her favourite gifts she received. The package was delivered to my door the day after ordering and I was impressed to see the cardboard box it is sent in serves as the container too (so no extra packaging going to the landfill!). As a family, we enjoyed a couple of bottles together on Christmas Day, and really enjoyed tasting wines that we wouldn't normally find. This is such a thoughtful, yet easy gift to give to a fellow wine-lover. I look forward to gifting many more!

I've been a subscriber to WineFriend for about 4 months now and it's amazing! Such great selections of wine and I love the 'wild cards' that sometimes come. Awesome service from the team as well.

I have subscribed to wine friend for about a year and love it . Gets me trying something new and just turns up which is great. But this is not the purpose of my review, During the lockdown that we have faced from Covid19 our courier companies have been thrown into complete turmoil with no one able to go out to go shopping. Something as simple as sending a case of wine has become increasingly difficult. My case got lost and Kim Oliver chased the couriers daily and either rang me or emailed me to let me know. I understand I was one of many parcels just not getting delivered. She cared and she went above and beyond. WineFriend, you have amazing customer service and Kim is an asset to your team. Thank you for keeping NZ sane during this time.

I went to a Winefriend workshop last night on Quay Street and it was amazing! The set up was beautiful & the food match against every wine was perfect. It was the first night I've ever had red wine and loved it! Yvonne is a brilliant communicator and made the evening really entertaining while also sharing some of her own secrets. 10/10 recommend!

I got this wine for my engagement party after someone raved about them. The service was absolutely amazing, fast delivery and amazing wine! I can't wait for my next lot :D but the service was just exceptional, I was absolutely blown away! Thank you guys so much!

Love this subscription, great varieties in every box! The tasting notes are an awesome talking point at dinner parties! Takes away the thinking, which in Covid times is amazing!!
