Just received my first order. Phoned yesterday and order here first thing this morning. Fantastic fast service and a great choice of wines not seen anywhere else. Definitely will order again.

After much research and price comparison Winesale.co.nz came out tops by over 30% on the product I ordered. Not only that but the delivery was prompt and efficient at a more reasonable rate. I will trade again with Winesale.co.nz at the very top of my list

I have ordered twice from this company. First time super quick delivery. In Level 4 2019 so very much appreciated. The second time, Level 4 2020 and the shipping address reverted back to my old address. The order had already been sent, however, they tracked the parcel down and redirected to my new address all in the same day. Super impressed and by the way....the wine has been great. Will be ordering again and highly recommend their service.

Miranda, Miriam, David and the team always make us feel 'at home'. Their knowledge of the stock and memory for what they have served us in the past is true customer service. They are more like the traditional bar tender who know your name and listen to your stories and take the time of day with you, even if it's busy. I have ordered many cases of wine always arrives approx 3 days after I order it (south island) emails track the delivery so you know what day its going to arrive. Would totally recommend. Had a rush order of a couple of cases of wine that I need to travel with. The order arrived in time for the family occasion and was greatly appreciated.

Very good price on the item I wanted. Delivery was timely. Yet to open/taste although I have tried earlier vintages so I expect to be well pleased. One development I'm less happy with is the spread of pricing by this retailer based upon quantity--i.e. cheapest price requires a straight-dozen purchase whereas I often prefer to make up my own mix. If the difference between bottle and dozen prices is only a dollar per then that's not so unreasonable, but too often it's rather more than that which is pretty disappointing.

Great site! Super selection of wines at all price points. It's great that I can find my everyday sippers alongside a unique and special bottle. Very easy to use and my wine always shows up quickly and intact.

This has got to be one of the fastest hassle free online shopping experiences. I placed my order yesterday around 2pm and the wine was delivered to me in Auckland before 10am this morning! Thankyou so much, I won't need to go to in-store for my future wine purchases as this is much easier and you have a good range.

Great products, easy to use - even from the US of A. Using for the second time to send a birthday present. Not all kiwi web sites work well for overseas use. This web site works well and the products available and selection are great. Had one issue with getting the address to properly fill in for a rural delivery - but had an almost immediate response from Joanna who fixed everything. 100% recommended.

Gosh, what wonderful wine indeed. It lived up to the description on you site and more. What really took the cake was that we received it the next day from ordering - and we live rurally!! Usually we expect a number of days delay so this was so unexpected and appreciated and all the while when we are subject to COVID travel restrictions. These guys have been around for a long time and they know their wine. I appreciate their really good deals on French,Spanish and Italian wines which are all very good product at very competitive prices. I have been a customer at least 5 years. I purchased a bottle of champagne and Malbec although, the champagne I brought was out of stock after placing the order, the lovely team contacted me and assisted me with finding a replacement. The Malbec was really good ! I am yet to try the champagne - overall very pleased with Winesale.

Bought white wine on a very good price. Thought it was a bargain. Just to discover that it’s a tiny little bottle... pretty gutted when the delivery came. My advice - double check on bottle size before you order So I believe the 3 stars is a very appropriate review because I only got half of what I expected and there is no 2.5 star option. No hard feelings though :)

I've been a customer for many years - even since before they changed their name to winesale. I wouldn't consider buying from any other wholesaler. Their range is very broad and their service is well-informed and really friendly - and prompt! Sometimes I need deliveries (they always do this same day!) and on other occasions I pop out to Petone to just look around and then buy. Grant is generous too: for about 15 years he has been supplying free product to the community theatre I belong to. Thank you!

Outstanding service! I organised wine for a friend's wedding and Miranda was so helpful and quick to respond. The wine she recommended at a really good price was delicious and went down a treat. I also like the fact you can return any wine you don't end up using, so always order more than you think for events because you can easily return any unused wine!

This was the first time Iv used this company, I was worried when I didn't receive my order on the expected date but when I phoned the office I was assured that it was sent and that the courier service had the order, they quickly found out the reason for delay and got straight back to me. I discovered this company over lockdown! Not wanting to risk queueing up at the local store mid pandemic panic I thought I would try a delivery instead. I tried three different wine delivery companies and have to say that Winesale completely blew their competitors out of the water. The range and availability was the best for sure, but their amazing fast delivery was also appreciated. I am in Auckland and have my order arrive in a couple of days, other companies took 2 weeks during the same crazy time. What makes a good company to deal with is how they treat their customers when things go wrong. I had an error with one of my deliveries and all it took was a phonecall to the lovely team and they sorted it out straight away. I have not gone back to the local wine merchant since discovering winesale and will continue to support them. I recommend you give them a try, just save some of the Kopu Pinot Gris for me.

Whilst the process of ordering wine was very easy and it arrived quickly, unfortunately there was a slight hiccup and we received the wrong label. However, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally by both Miranda and Jo. The incorrect label has been picked up even though I could not return all 12 bottles and I was able to pick another wine which was slightly more expensive at no further charge. The staff are wonderfully knowledgeable and will help you choose the right one for you. The after hours tasting events are excellent, snails at the Bordeaux tasting. There is always something on Friday nights.
