Reviews of Peregrine Wines

We visited a few months ago (hubby, daughter and i) whilst biking through Gibbston and was really impressed with how friendly the staff were, no charge on the wine tasting either and we also managed to take home a beautiful bottle of wine in the backpack!

Lovely light wines, low tannins... very easy to drink. Free mini tastings of 4 wines from their list. While the region is known for pinot noirs, we found the rose, pinot gris and the riesling to be amazing. Priced affordably too. Drop by their beautiful property on your way in or out of Queenstown.

Beautiful view at this winery but average service and very average wine. However the tastings were free which is always a plus in my books!

Here is the must-see place! The staff here are knowledgeable and enjoyable, and they don't put any pressure on you. You will eventually take some wine from there because the wine here is so good! Pinot Noir and Rose Wine are a must try!

No charge for wine tasting. Made to feel very welcome. Fantastic wine, fantastic staff. Well done.

Very cool architecture and delicate wines. They don’t charge for tastings and had the best wines in the region among 4 we tried.

This winery not only has good wine, but the tastings are free. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the bottles are reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, free samples this time of year, then you can put base bottles of your liking. For our tastes, we weren't a fan of the wines

A popular winery accessible off the main road by car or push bike trail. Despite being one of the busiest wineries in the area, they maintain excellent customer service. Oh and the wines are also 👍. We visit Peregrine when passing the area and make sure we grab a bottle or two. The dry riesling and Pinot Noir are favourites.
