Even though there was complications in the beginning, with the first assistant that handle my case with the language barrier, new management,with lockdown restrictions happening. Customer service from M.T and M.W was very good. They were both patience and kind to guide me through the process since it was my first time applying directly from a finance company. I would say Their full name but I can't due to confidentiality. I really appreciate their help and if it wasn't for them, I would have lost my job since I had no vehicle but, Now I get to drive away in my new car. If you want help in purchasing a item/vehicle ,AoteaPanmure is the place Totally recommend. 👍
