I have been a customer of this finance company since 2018, yes there have been times when I have rung and been on hold for times longer than I would have liked, there have been times when I've rung and have had my calls redirected and there have also been times when I have rung and have had my calls answered promptly. Overall I am very satisfied with the service they provide and would continue to be their customer long after my loan with them is fully paid off. If it wasn't for the loan they gave me, the freedom I have had since 2018 would still only be a pipe dream fading off into the distance. Thank you Finance Now and the incredibly helpful team. Very straightforward and quick with loan processing. I took out a debt consolidation loan and was happy to organise repayments within 12 months to fully pay it off. Would use them again but not anytime soon lol

It was all done very quickly. The only thing was that someone had rung me about the loan and I was with a student so couldnt talk. They said they would ring back at the time we had agreed on, 4pm that day, but they didnt ring back

Same day processing I’m really happy with the outcome and only had to pay something like 300 on top of what I loaned. Service has always been friendly and the people are nice, but one thing I would reccomend is they need to employ a few more people for the call centre, waited 1.5 hours one day only to get a automated message that they are closing call back tomorrow, so did and still had to wait another 1.5 hours to eventually talk to someone, and please change the music while waiting, it is very repetitive and grating on the nerves, especially when you have been waiting a while.

I have always liked finance now,their service has always been great but this time around it was rather difficult as i have lost my licence annd my passport is expired,i unde4stand they need ID as part of the banking process but i cant understand why the people i was dealing with did not direct me to the emoney site where i was preapproved for far more than i wanted to borrow.However all in all the outcome was good and i know more about how the system works.The staff are professional and give good service even when dealing with a vexed customer.

I SIGNED UP WITH FINANCE NOW 2 YRS AGO WHEN TRYING TO ACQUIRE APC DESKTOP COMPUTER FOR MY CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN. RECENTLY, I NEEDED SOME FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SO I COULD CONSOLIDATE A COUPLE OF DEBTS.
