I dealt and liaised with Ken Landeman. Love his humility, his empathy, and his professionalism. He was quick to respond to me and made the process of my loan application smooth as i was feeling stressed about my car repairs and was trying to sort out my loan in between my clients at work. Even if my application declined (thankfully it was successful) dealing with Ken made me feel hopeful. He communicates clearly and concise what you need when under stress trying to find solutions. What i appreciate the most is, i work in a open floor office environment, and he understood that. I missed a call so instead of calling back again and again he left a curtesy text and email and politely conveyed he called and to call or message him when i'm available. Thank you Ken for letting me keep my pride in tact. I didn't need to talk over the phone where my office can hear my business. I felt as thought Ken knew me and he was in my shoes and that to me Customer Service at it's best.
