I've been with Smartcover for a few years now and they have never turned me down whenever I have required a top up. Just a phone call away, quick and friendly service, has certainly made lives unexpected financial upheavals a lot easier to manage. I have needed their financial help mostly with vet and mechanical costs, knowing that you can make appointments with these services and not worry about how your going to pay for it is such a relief and the repayments are made easy as well. Have now a few family members enjoying Smartcover now so I do highly recommend them

Thanks to the receptionist at our local vets when she saw the expression on my face when told the cost of dentistry for my cat. From there a new loan and now I have taken advantage of the loan top up which has been a blessing through these trying times. Repayment amounts make me so happy to even have a loan...There's no stress.

These guys came to our rescue when we had a sudden extremely expensive pet emergency with our dog. They were empathetic with what had happened and really professional and easy to deal with. We had to extend our loan during the loan period and that was a simple quick and easy process to do. I have been with Smartcover for about 5 years, I have 3 cats and a dog, and have always had the confidence in knowing my pets will always be cared for and that I will never have to worry if anything happens to them. I have managed to have them all spayed/neutered and my pets have always recieved the best care, due to my own going finance plan with Smartcover. I have had pet insurance in the past, however I find vet finance much easier to use as they can pay into an account straight away so you don't have to worry about coming up with the money first. I highly recommend, Smartcover not only for the freedom in knowing they are always there to help, but their customer service has always been second to none! Every experience I have had with them, has always been super easy, and they are really awesome to deal with! I have recommended them to so many people already and will continue to do so!
