Alternate Finance have been fantastic to deal with, on both occasions I've needed their services. The staff I've encountered have been wonderful to deal with. I found the process to be very easy, and incredibly fast. I had access to the finance a little over 24 hours after applying. I highly recommend Alternate Finance to anyone needing the type of services they provide. Thanks especially to Kris, for all the help, and answers to all of my questions.

Just responding to the acknowledgement email that was sent. I think and feel like the online application process was OK. That's all I can judge my comment on at the moment. I've dealt with a few finance companies over the years of which a small fraction have answered my prayers etc while the rest have failed miserably etc. Nice to receive an acknowledgement, though I hope I can be approved with ease ASAP but either way I'm sure the overall process will be dignified and fair etc.

I just received an email for a monthly prize draw, (I'm keen on a chance) I've not yet heard back on my application. Will definitely update my comment after using this service. 😄

So far, easy to apply. Good website layout. Needs a space by reason for loan, e.g I'm applying for medical expenses, but also including new tyres for WOF. As need reliable vehicle for appointments. E.G I was called last minute for a complete lower dental extraction due to chemotherapy treatment 3 days ago. Now I need dentures. This cancer comes with a lot of costs. Having procedures and operations is one thing, but the side effects are many and expensive. And petrol prices are only getting worse. Yes I am a long term illness benificiary. Not my fault... Let's see how this goes, I'll do a update :)

First time finding this company, very sufficient way to apply. I’m a solo mother on the benefit, I have a high need child with disabilities of me unable to work due to her needs. She is also not able to be at school at the moment as she has a low immune system. I’ve never heard of loans been given to beneficiaries. During this time through COVID has been really stressful. Every time I apply to get by or hel for emergency cost I get declined for having bad credit due to my bad past of decisions. The site was easy to navigate, and straight to the point.

Found Website to be easy to fill, apparently there was supposed to be a "joint application" option in the drop box but was not there so we filled out separate forms for the same loan. Staff very helpful when needed.

I have been declined by previous quick loan places for holiday occasion. No holiday christmas with a own car collateral. Decided to go ahead with panel repairs on the van instead. We'll see if this finance company approves this as vehicle is ready to pick up.

After I had paid my loan off in full, I did not apply again until 6-9 months later. Unfortunately I was declined even though the amount I was seeking was significantly less than my previous loan. ($500 less). I was somewhat disappointed, however I respectfully excepted the decision. If I were to apply again I would more than likely be declined again, so I have never tried to apply for a loan since.
