I dealt with Alice who was very patient with me since I kept changing my mind at the last minit or I wasn't able to get what I wanted because they didn't have papers.. Downfall was because of the service papers on private vehicles and not finding what I wanted.. I ended up spending the max I was aloud and really tried to avoid it.. because I was over after a few weeks

Well we couldnt of got a better service anywhere else . Ricardo at car finance 2 u has gone above and beyond to help us get a car , unfortunately the car we chose had problems but Ricardo stuck with us and did his absolute best to get the problem sorted , we ended up giving the car back to the dealership and for closing on the deal not to anyones fault but the car yards but Ricardo came to the rescue and had us in an even better car within a few days .i honestly highly recommend his services. Although our initial application started with someone else, who we had in the end to help achieve what we thought impossible was Hapata!! OML where do I start? From the time he took over our account to seeing us drive away in our new car, his standard of service, level of professionalism, easy going personality, attention to detail and attentive ear to our needs made the whole process super easy, quick and a breeze to go through. It was seriously hassle free and he was so easy to talk to, we never felt judged when explaining our situation. Wow! What a fantastic team! Sooooo easy, fast, clear and supportive staff, no hassle, quick and manageable on a busy schedule. I filled in the form online in the morning and it took less than 2minutes. I got a phone call before 11am and had to answer a few easy questions. Got approved after a couple more easy questions by 1pm. Loved that Jane Crawshaw (she is fantastic - easy to work with and totally professional) sent through 3 cars to look at locally. Saved me a HUGE amount of time and effort. Saw one I like feom the choices I had, test driving it at 4pm and was buying it by 5pm. Next day after signing my documents, I had the car that evening. Contact the company via Facebook as the advert look and sound good, good with sorting the finance but when came down to sorting everything took a long time over a week, when made contact with them by phone we started getting attitude, it all got sorted once a manager took over, I know probably wont post this feedback but word of mouth is the best advertising for any company. I believe once they get all the paper work together then get in contact with the customer so it's done once without dragging on. I would suggest them to a friend .
