Great customer service. My first loan with this company and the entire loan process has been quick and easy. I found it a lot less stress than other companies, no need to jump through hoops.

I have been a customer since 2016 and they have always been helpful to me, especially in times of need. They have made me feel comfortable and applying for loans and topups have been stress-free which they're very prompt with it. They're also understanding as well, I appreciate them especially Elizabeth :) I would recommend them and give them 5/5 excellent customer service as well, never had a problem with them.

I bought a Dell Latitude 5410 laptop via Trademe from Superloans Hastings (P209058590). Payment was easy via Ping, communication was good and collection was easy too. The laptop was exactly as described. I would definitely buy from them again.

I was told throughout my life to never get a loan and to pay things in full, so I have. Well my bank wouldn't have me because I didn't have any credit, neither good or bad. I had no record to say I can make payments. The bank wasted a week and half of my time. Last minute I went into super loans, did an application and the process had started. I went in at 1pm, was contacted by 3pm and process completed by 4.30pm. Same day pay out which is good If you have an emergency. They were forefront, honest and helpful. Good for a first time person. They gave me tips for the future and added to my credit score. Now don't get me wrong, this shouldn't be a long term thing and that is honestly displayed on their website.. but if you need a helping hand, super loans is respectable for prompt and reliable communication. If you like to be somewhat in control of your money and want transparent service and avoid the big sharks, I would recommend this place. I felt comfortable and respected. Personable service. Only good things to say. Make the payments and it's straight forward. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it. If I ever needed help again, Super Loans is my first choice.

Brought an iPad off Trade Me (Auction number P205823193), it was in mint condition and came with a tough case although it would’ve been helpful to have a charger, we managed to find one easily enough. Loved my experience with the Hastings branch customer service was amazing and it was great to go in and have everything sorted so quickly. As a first time borrower I was nervous that I would be judged by the staff definitely was not the case she was so lovely.
