Have just got a loan through MVF. Dealing woth Donna was a breeze. Had another loan with another 3 letter finance company in NZ and when it came time to replace the vehicle, they weren't as helpful as they had originally been. Fantastic, prompt and professional service from Lisa. I approached a large finance company directly (one I already have a loan with) and after 48 hours hadn’t even had the courtesy of a reply email. I contacted Lisa and her team and had a loan approved within 4 hours and settled with the car dealer the next morning. Can’t ask for better than that. Whole experience was handled online and securely - brilliant for lockdown. I was very impressed. Wanted to finance a car with the lowest rate as possible due to all this expensive fuel prices and they don't tend to stop rising. Reach out to MVF and got wonderful supporting Business Manager Cody, who went and sorted out my car loan for the lowest interest rate I've ever experienced based on my credit history in past. I was totally blown away, not only that, he also debt consolidated my other remaining loan with the lowest interest rate as well. I was amazed with the full support and service I've received, I've reached out to bigger companies in past and more reputated ones in past but no one gave me a happy rate before approving me a loan, but here i agreed without having to worry, as they look after you from the start right to the end. Also got a good deal with Mechanical Breakdown Insurance in a fraction of price with this business. Will help me in a loong rung for sure.
